I wish I could score higher, as I previously had great experiences with this company. However, when scheduling, I had to wait almost 6 months for an apt time. Then, I realized I had to reschedule due to illness in our home. Unfortunately, I was not able to reach anyone. I have tried calling separately 3 different times and days during the business week and could not reach any one. Each time I left a voicemail with my name and number but never received a call back. I guess it's time to change dentists.

Listen, I came into my dentist appointment today very nervous and very concerned about getting a crown on my tooth and having several cavities. I was nervous AT FIRST... So I came in with very specific questions. I really needed answers before I was going to let them do anything to my teeth. I will never go anywhere else after how AMAZING my experience was here. Dr. Greta and Mrs. Bre were literally the MOST helpful, professional, kind, and literally just all around amazing people. They answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable, and they really were, in all aspects of professionalism, perfect. I cannot express how satisfied, confident, and happy I was when I left there today. They did a great job, they took their time to ensure everything was done properly. Thank you Dr. Greta and Mrs. Bre.... Good luck fitting this on your coffee cup Dr. Greta haha! Thank you. -Chris

Awesome experience. I was explained each step of my visit and get detail breakdown of my treatment. My doctor was very thorough and gentle. I am confident that am given the best treatment plan.

I'm not happy with Aspen dental. When they did my dentures they dudnt wait the 3-6 months before fitting me for mine. Thet did the mold with my teeth In. I got them In 2019. My dentures dont for right they hurt my mouth. I did go back but there was never resolved. So when I got fitted for my permit dentures they did the mold with my temporary dentures In. I still had problems. So when covid hit I had a problem when one of the teeth fell out of the denture. I called Aspen dental they told me it was not a emergency . I thought really. So now I dont wear them. They dont fit right.

The staff and dentist were great and very helpful. The whole process makes you feel comfortable going to the dentist. I highly recommend the Pace Office to anyone seeking dental care.

Do not go here. Overpriced and unprofessional. I went for a filling that needed attending asap paid for a cleaning. They filling was supposed to take place 2 weeks later. They called to confirm twice before the date. The day before they called and I missed at work. Then I show up the next day for the appointment and the office was closed. Other offices say they cannot speak for the office that did this. No one to speak with to verbalize my complaint.

Nice staff but paying 3300, for teeth that didn't fit, wanted my money back, so they tried making another pair they don't fit either, still a year later, I called no return call from the manager.. I WENT BACK TO MY 7 YEAR PAIR THAY FIR BETTER THAN THESE FROM ASPEN DENTAL. teeth fall can't even glue them to stay.. VERY DISSATISFIED IN THEIR PRODUCT AND TRYING TO WORK WITH ME.. GETTING A LAWYER

I am new to this area, finding a good dentist in this day in age is difficult! I would recommend this office to anyone I meet! I was very pleased with everything at this dentist office! The front check in gentlemen was very pleasant and helpful! I enjoyed the ladies during X-ray, they were funny. My hygienist was the best I've seen in over 20 years!! She explained everything and even hooked me up with a same day cleaning, which is fantastic. Thank you! I have to say hands down the dentist was amazing! I will be coming back here for dental work in the future! This experience should be the standard for dental excellence!! Everything was just so easy and I felt comfortable from check in to check out! Thank you Aspen Dental staff for such a wonderful experience

I made a appointment for today for my husband to get his tooth pulled it's been hurting they told me when I made the app that they would do x-rays and etc if it's not infected they would pull it today well they said it was not infected so he asked about needing it pulled that it's been hurting they told him they not know what he's talking about that there not pulling it today and sent him home end of visit but I was told something totally diff. Not happy he had to take off from work early to go there and yet still in pain he needs it removed this is not like them especially since all of this was in his paperwork when I made the appointment

They were very polite and everyone wore masks very clean and sanitized. I didn't have a long wait in and out in reasonable time and checked out and got appointment too. I would let others know.
