I had an appointment set for a Friday morning, booked 6 weeks in advance. Received a text earlier the week requesting confirmation, which I confirmed same day. I show up for my appointment, and they had deleted it, because they did not receive verbal confirmation. They never called me! They said they could still squeeze me in. Then, while entering all of my insurance info (which I had already submitted) during the wait, she informed me they don't accept my insurance. Even though they were listed on my providers site, AND I confirmed with Aspen before booking the appointment. .. Apparently that doctor left at some point within that 6-week period, so I'm SOL. But of course, they could give me cash options. No thanks. Super unorganized and unprofessional. Won't return to any branch of this franchise.

Very friendly Dr's and staff.... It's a little pricey for someone who doesn't have dental coverage tho.

I wasn't please nor satisfied with the Aspen Dental here in Milledgville.Dr Denist wanted me to do what she wanted done... not really what I wanted done.then it was very costly..but the staff was excellent...

The staff was kind and highly professional. The x-ray technician demonstrated exceptional skills in her work and her ability to communicate on a bi-lingual level.

I called but had to speak with a random person that had to transfer me to the actual people and then if you tell them you want to cancel the appointment they don't but I got it straight.

I've been trying to help my dad get his partial fixed. Aspen Dental is a big system that pushes people through in mass. They overbook causing long waits and poor customer service. I advise finding a smaller operation with more personalized service.

I'm glad I picked Aspen they was nice the whole.they made sure that I was comfortable the whole time while I was in the chair doing x-ray and when pulling my tooth.

Being that this was my first visit, it went good. The people were very nice and friendly. I was surprised at the cost. I was under the impression that the cost would not be as high as it was. Will be returning for my first cleaning, soon.

If I could give a .5 rating I would. Their billing department is untrained and unprofessional, They lied about contacting my insurance company, saying that their claim for proposed services were denied. They then asked for payment in full before any services would be performed. I found that odd, so I called my insurance company and was informed that no claim was ever submitted. The billing POC was upset when I told her that I should not have to contact my insurance company to coordinate payment and codes and that we should not be expected to pay in full up front and "hope" to get reimbursed once/if everything went through. She promised to get an answer and get back with me, that was two months ago. I suggest finding another provider unless you have a desire to become a medical billing specialist. Definitely not a place for elderly dental patients, navigating the medical billing system is enough of a headache without adding dental billing.
