Everyone from the person checking you in, to xrsy tech, to the owner, dentist and the coordinator, it was an amazing visit! Signed up with dental work that desperately needs to be done. I give this office 5 stars all the way!

If I could rate them a negative 5 I would. I had the dental teeth removal and I was given a set of temporary dentures that fit 3 days and then the denture did not fit at all. I went in several times and they worked on this particular denture for over.an hour x 2 visits and about 30 minutes for another visit. Instead of excepting responsibility that the denture obviously does not fit they have now left me with a denture that does not fit and is not even the shape of my mouth. The next appt for an evaluation of the denture is in 2 more weeks. On the beginning They would not schedule the tooth extraction until the denture could be placed the same day of surgery to prevent damage to the gums and bone structure. This policy is no longer followed and I am having to be without teeth or a denture for 4 weeks after surgery. They did not mind taking my $8000.00 for the procedure and top of the line Comfilyte set of dentures but I can not get a decent temporary denture for 30 days..Do not use this Aspen Dental located on Hull Street Road Midlothian VA ....

Up to date equipment and software. Lots of employees. Hygienist did a good job cleaning my teeth. You can see exactly what your insurance will cover at the time of your visit.

My husband came here cus he chipped his front tooth. They've done thousands of dollars of what I'm now sure was unnescessary work root canals, filling, cleanings. Three mos later his front tooth is still chipped and they are talking about another cleaning. Why are they talking about a cleaning when they just cleaned and scaled his teeth three mos ago and have yet to fix the tooth he came in for?This place is a scam someone should really look into why their reveiws are so high.

Even though I had a broken tooth that was causing me serious pain I had to wait 3 1/2 days to get it taken care of but was very happy with Dr Jacob Mirpanah and the rest of the staff.

Stay away from Aspen Dental. Sloppy work. Aspen said they were in network with my insurance, another lie. 100% guarantee on dentures, false. Dont sign on dotted line.

I had a lot of issues walking into the office with my financial obligations and I have insurance to which my services are covered. Though that was an initial situation the worker Somer my hygienist was the BEST! She very knowledgeable!!! She helped me with the money part and cleaned my teeth very good. She was aware of things going on all around. Kenya was great too, though I will be calling back in to resolve $$$

Overall our experience was a great. The staff were all friendly and professional. The service was prompt, very little waiting, and everything was thoroughly explained to us. It was a great welcoming environment.

I had a great experience with this location of Aspen Dental! Dr. Emma Hoffman was very caring and warm hearted as she explained the plan of treatment after viewing my dental x-rays! She was very kind and I trust her whole heartedly with my dental care as a new patient! The Treatment Plan Coordinator, Jessica Ray, was incredible as well as she took precious time to walk me through my financial portion of my treatment plan! I really love the staff at this Midlothian location! 5 STAR location indeed!
