I went to get 2 wisdom teeth removed. The dentist gave me my numbing shots in quick succession, then started pulling at the teeth before any of it had fully kicked in. I was crying out and raising my hand in the air to signal I was in distress and the dentist CONTINUED PULLING MY TEETH and told me that I was fine and it was just pressure. Obviously I complained to corporate, who did allow me to transfer my scheduled appointments to the Bay City Aspen Dental. That Aspen dental messed up my filling and left too much extra so now those two teeth are stuck together because he filled the gap between them.

First of all, I was in so much pain! I already was not wanting to go to this business because of a bad consultant years ago in GR, MI. They were very nice coming thur the door. The paper work started and that was fine. X-rays were great-easier than EVER B4! Then the sales pressure began. I know it's their job....BUT I WAS IN PAIN. I basically was leaving 3 times if he could not-would not fix my pain. He examined, poked & prodded, asked questions. 10 minutes. Numbed the area 5 minutes and then in 30 seconds pulled the Tooth. I have been having issue on that side for a very long long time. Last time I went to the dentist in 2019 that Dentist said and charged me for a root canal. Then why was I hurting? Will go back to today dentist, as soon as possible to get the rest pulled and get a plate. All I can say is to stand by what YOU want done. The sale I under, but there's a time and place for it.

I have never liked cleaning's but the hygienist did good. And by my veneer was able to be put back on

Loved Jaime, she was the nicest hygienist I've ever had. Dr was pretty nice as well

I had my teeth extracted on Wednesday today is Friday and I feel like they need to be shaved down in my back because when I smile they lift up. I called and asked if I could come in today to have them fixed she told me you have to wait till Monday I don't think that's right that I have to be uncomfortable all the way till Monday. I was told when I was there if I had any problem to get back with them well I have a problem I got back with them.

The staff at this office are super nice! The dentist however has poor bedside manner with an attitude. He got upset because I questioned if the tools were clean as they appeared to be dirty. His attitude escalated from there. I ended up leaving because of the dentist. Personally he may want to re think his career choice 100% not a people person he's arrogant and is not there for the care of the patient but for the paycheck. Again the other staff were all super nice!

Had a crown done about 3 years ago and nothing but problems since then, would not recommend. Zero stars was not an option to leave a review.

This place sends you a confirmation email and if you miss it they CANCEL your appointment and force you to reschedule. (Edit: when I got home I check my email and phone. The only email was a welcoming email with no confirmation option. The only phone message said I had to reschedule because they were closing early. That is not what I was told at the office when I got there) I have never been to a dentist that did this before. Now I have to wait a week longer to come back. I had this week off work. Thankfully I only live 20 minutes away. Ruined my first impression of this place.

Very nice and the only thing I was upset about was being told the pricing over the phone which then doubled in person! Glad I knew to take cash but, also first exam and X-rays were free without insurance!

Literally the worst dentist and dental care in the area. Do NOT go here if you have any serious issue as they do not listen or help. Have not been able to chew on my right side since March because they messed up my fillings so badly. I am so appalled with them! I've been back many times to get it fixed and now cannot chew on either side because i've been so reliant on my left side for chewing that my filling has just eroded. Awful service

So far the assistant Jen has been pretty amazing she is kind an loving an shows that she cares for her patients it is 1009am now an we just got into room waiting on dentist to come in we came in due to an absses tooth now we wait till the doc comes in. It is 1013am an the doc just got here pretty fast I am impressed so far so good ask how we r an now checking on the problem tooth. He is now rechecked computer to visualize what he sees in mouth compared to computer. Not much convo tho. Jen just entered the room an doc an her communicating they r showing us what is wrong an now telling us that he has to prescribe antibiotics an pain meds then have to come back. Well it is a good visit I just wish they would of tried to take it out but this is first time an free. Y would they help. They want the money so they will fix next time when it cost money an they don't take health insurance from state so we r just screwed no help for us. But other then that they r a good set

Couldn't of had a better experience I'm not a fan of dentist I'm always so anxious. They made me feel completely comfortable and I came in on the wrong day with a terrible tooth ache and a tooth that needed to be pulled, they fit me in and it was a painless experience the dentistcwas quick showed compassion. I'm a patient for life!!

You guys are a joke!!! Paid 4000 dollars for dentures an havent been able to wear them since day1!!! Made multiple visits an all you did charge me!! If i could give a 0 i would!! Oh an i also tell everyone to not go to you!!! Shame on all of you!!! False advertising!!!

Manager had poor customer service. Didn't address issues brought up. Couldn't believe first appointment didn't include a cleaning! Couldn't believe how the dental hygienist was speaking to the elderly woman in the chair across from me. Poor customer service. Cancelled the rest of my childrens visits.
