Paid 3 grand for a root canal and a crown for my kid. Currently paying 950 to have the tooth redone. I've contacted them multiple times to never get a call back. The owner is aware and doing nothing even though they guarantee a crown. BBB here I come!

Terrible. Was there for 4.5 hours and left with no answers. Came in for tooth pain from a filling breaking and was told I need invisalign and teeth whitening. All they did was xrays. Would not recommend anyone going there ever. Absolutely awful

Won't even go there again! because I didn't have dental insurance they got mad. I was going to pay cash and the guy on the phone hung up on me they wanted over $6000. That's crazy!

went in for a broken wisdom tooth extraction she took hlf the tooth out and said i was done this was last Wednesday the 28th its oct 3 and there is still half my tooth in my mouth this is not how dentist should do work make sure everything is extracted first smh

Sat here for four hours waiting to get a tooth pulled that was broken and then when I finally get back they say it's to late in the day to pull my tooth that I have to come back tomorrow!!! Do not mind to wait at all but to be misled and still have a tooth that is killing me is completely unprofessional and I definitely will it be back!

I highly recommend Aspen Dental for children's checkups. My 5 yo son had his very first dental visit there. I was pretty scared that he was not going to open his mouth for his cleaning. However, the dentist he had was AMAZING! She knew exactly what to say and how to act around him to make him feel 100% comfortable during the entire visit!

If I could give this no stars I would. My previous dentist at this location was amazing, I go in recently and they give me a new dentist who says my teeth are awful because they aren't white and perfectly straight then proceeded to try to rip off my filling and split my lip while looking at the problem. She had her mask off while insuting me with her hand in my mouth. I didn't even get the xrays which is why I made the appointment! I will never recommend this place to anyone!

This place is so backwards! After my first visit, I scheduled a appointment for 8/15 was called the next day and told it was unavailable. I booked another appointment for 8/23 and was just informed that appointment was now unavailable! I don't understand why they keep canceling my appointments. They need to get organized, because this is unacceptable.

I drove a really long way to get here, worried about tooth pain. Over an hour. But I would definitely do it again. Absolutely everyone I interacted with was kind and considerate and I got through the entire process of my visit with relative speed. From the receptionist to the man who helped me with scheduling and billing to the dental assistant -- everybody. A big shout out especially to Charly, the dental hygienist who saw me today. She stayed during her lunch to give me a gingivitis treatment because she knew how long of a drive I had home. Everybody here is awesome. Best experience I've had at a dentist's office in a long time

The receptionist scheduled me for 6:00 p.m. . I showed up on appointment day at 6:00 p.m. only to later find out they close at 5:00 p.m. . When I spoke with the lady answering the phone she had the audacity to ask if I was even at their office in Middletown. How very rude! Very unprofessional! And bad business!

HORRIBLE experience! I had an appointment for a severe toothache, drove an hour to get to the location and met with 3-4 different people. They took x-rays, mwt with the hygienist, and then I waited for the dentist to arrive. Explained I have a severe toothache. Can't eat or drink... the dentist told me I needed a filling and/or rootcanal; which I agreed was fine... but this couldn't be done for almost a week and when I asked for pain meds for my tooth, I was told to take ibuprofen that my pain isn't that bad. Complete waste of time!

Aspen Dental of Middletown is not the place to go. Called to make an emergency appointment, got that accomplished. They call later during the day, cancel my appt due to an emergency. Makes no sense! Discrimination at its finest!

They seemed nice at first, however, I went in for an emergency dental appt and told them which tooth was hurting. After xrays were completed the "dr" came in and said, "I don't see anything wrong with that tooth but we can try a root canal". I'm sorry, you can try it? On a tooth that had no damage???? They wanted to charge me almost 5k for work that I didn't need done. Come to find out, my pain was coming from a different tooth that was effecting other parts of my mouth from infection. Once I got the correct work done at a different dental facility, the original pain in my other tooth went away. Highly dissatisfied. They have no clue what they are doing. Go to WEST CHESTER MODERN DENTISTRY and see DR. GURU!!!
