It was fine, the people are very, very nice. The dentist explained everything and came up with a plan too take care of my dental needs. Thank You Aspen Dental for caring when others didn't! I'm giving 3 stars because it was my first appointment and I was there to get dentures so I haven't had the full experience yet. I've gotten dentures from another place and they didn't fit at all and I told them. So I'm praying that this experience with dentures is completely different and they actually fit and look good. I can say this however for my first visit they were extremely nice very friendly and a very clean facility. I'm hoping to finally rate them with a 5 star when I'm done these women however are amazing very nice and helpful. I'll be back soon guys I hope it goes good for me this time.

Had an emergency, walked in and got my mouth fixed. Everyone was polite and professional, prices in line with everyone else. The flexible hours are convenient for someone who doesn't have a fixed schedule. Great experience, using them for everything going forward.

The best dental experience I have ever had! Thankful all the staff was professional, understanding, and very kind. They took the time to work up a care plan and then sit down to go over it and payment options. This is the first time I haven't had a major anxiety attack in a dental setting.

Everyone there was extremely nice. But I haven't started my treatment plan yet so when I do I'll update. I expect it will be positive! Edit: Started with back to back cleanings yesterday and today. Numbed me up and although I hadn't been in a while, the hygienist was thorough and very efficient. She made sure I wasn't uncomfortable and I was in and out in no time. No waiting in the lobby either, started on time or earlier both days. I am so happy Aspen Dental was in my insurance network!
