Dr. Singh is a skilled practitioner whose calming and reassuring demeanor inspires me, as his patient, to feel confident in his ability to provide excellent dental services and engenders trust that he will continually seek to render the highest quality of care. The office staff and dental assistants are attentive, respectful and accommodating. I have always seen an office full of smiling faces from the staff and patients alike. 1st they numb the wrong side of my mouth then I waited 2 hours to go get my prescription after they finally pulled the right tooth and they never called in my prescription I go backup there and they're all out to lunch and by the time I get my prescription I'll be at work so I get to be in pain all night at work I wish I could give 0 stars

My first visit was an emergency & I was a walk-in. It was obvious that something was wrong because the left side of my face below my eyes was swollen due to an absessed tooth. The staff made room for me on the schedule even though the office was very busy. Forty-eight minutes after I walked in the door I was seen by the Dentist. Staff was professional & efficient. The rates were well below what I had paid to another Denist. I will stay w/ ASPEN.

For trying to stay local, the location was good. I wasn't sure what to expect with a dental company but definitely not how I thought things would turn out. I made an appointment for a checkup and cleaning and all I get are xrays taken....? And then get told we'll schedule you for a cleaning? I waited 2hrs just to be told I should leave because there was trouble pulling up my insurance and then I should receive a call to schedule my cleaning. The staff was alright but felt a bit uncomfortable when 2 employees started to talk about another employee in a negative, unprofessional way. I definitely will be finding somewhere else.

Everyone was friendly and informative. Didn't feel rushed. Ended up having two teeth removed. Staff was calming and supportive during procedure. I look forward to returning for any other dental needs services I need in the future.

I thought bout changing from a Michigan city dentist 1 1/2 years ago you wish I had.i was taken in on my appointment time,and everyone was efficient and very friendly and courteous.evrything was explained along the way .and they have their own lab .looking forward to the results Wich I'm confident they will make to my satisfaction If anyone is considering a Michigan city dentist .I already highly recommend Aspen

Only thing I am thankful for is my tooth is gone and pain is ended. I had to go to the emergency room 3 days after my extraction because it was infected and the "doctor" couldn't be bothered to send an antibiotic or ibuprofen to my pharmacy. I fully intend to forward my ER bill to Aspen dental for negligence.

From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted by smiling faces and kindness. There was absolutely no wait time. Dr. Chan offered and explained a treatment plan that was not only exciting, but affordable. The assistants and hygienists were wonderful as well, very knowledgeable. I will be recommending Aspen Dental to all of my friends!!
