Amazing experience do not believe these silly negative reviews. She has the best team here Period. Dr. Kam and his hygienists were very professional and explained why there is gum disease and we came up with a very effective treatment plan. And also affordable financing. Point blank is see your dentist more often and keep those back teeth flossed super good and things like this won't happen. We are all human and error is garenteed to happen I'm not a good flosser and today he taught me a technique that works. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. It's expensive for a reason because it's a certified professional experience. Thanks team see ya soon. Go to ASPEN NORTH MIAMI.

Do not come here ! I was charged 3200 for a cleaning was told i have fun Gum disease and 12,000 dollars worth of work for 2 crowns and a chipped tooth ! They freaked me out with the gum disease would not even give me a regular cleaning they do not care about the patients at all ! Avoid it at all cost !

This is a black store, my husband and I went there for first time exam, they told me I need to do deep cleaning with each tooth with antibiotics and I also need filling, root canal total costs come to $4600, My husband is similar situation and ask him to pay around $3400, total black store. When I ask them how much do they charge for deep cleaning with 4 Quarts, they said around $4000. I have seen different dentist for the past year and I never heard any dentist like them. Totally black store.

I'm terrified of dentist , yes as a grown adult lol . But the team I'm so sorry I can't remember there names but the lady that did my xray I think her name is Miriam if not I apologize and the lady doctor omg they both was so gentle and asure me that I won't feel no pain and I didn't. My fear give me a headache but the xray lady stood there and said don't worry I won't leave your side and she didn't. really appreciate you all

Be aware of this place!!! my wife an I never had any major dental issues, we went there for a check up and just to put in a crown after a root canal they told us that we both have a gum disease that needs imidiate attention and told my wife that her gum disease is not curable and will need to come back every 6 months, they refused to do the crown only after they give her the shots for her gum disease it ended up costing almost $3000 after insurence. the crazy thing is we went to different dentists after and they both said we had no issues. Either the Doctor does not know what she is doing or this place intientially did this, Stay away from this place!!!! After doing some research on aspen dental,they lost multiple Law suites for simular things. Do your research before going here!!!!!

The staff was very friendly and I'm satisfied with the service I received-just got a filling replaced. However, be careful getting the line of credit they push you to get. They will tell you it won't affect your credit score but i really does. Mine went down 35 points just for this hard inquiry.

Absolute racket of a business. I scheduled for exam and cleaning - they took x-rays and said they don't do cleaning same day and then proceeded to tell me I needed over $11,000 worth of dental work (deep cleaning, gum disease, gum infection, crown, four cavities, mouth guard, medication, etc.). Went to private dental practice the next day (brought the "required menu" of services from Aspen with me to show them) and said I needed NONE of the things they were trying to charge me for - no infections, no deep cleaning needed, no gum disease, no crown needed, no cavities, etc. Simple cleaning and my teeth and gums are in incredible shape and condition. I feel terrible for anyone who has no common sense and would believe what these people are trying to make them believe.

Very satisfied with Dr. Ortega and all staff in this office. Front desk people are very important for patient satisfaction and they are staffed with attentive and empathetic people. Clinical staff are also very good and Dr. Ortega takes her time to do her exam and explain the problems and solutions. Office is very clean- makes you feel comfortable of the care being given.

if i could rate this 0 stars i would. WORST dentist EVER!!!!! i had an appointment with them last saturday and they gave me a mouthwash to take home.. TODAY i get a call from the dentist Dr. Ortega (most unprofessional dentist EVER) and she claims her and 3 other people saw me TAKE AN ELECTRIC TOOTHBRUSH. i tried being polite to try and clear up the misunderstanding and explained to her i was only given a mouthwash and right off the bat she said "Nope. Me and 3 other people saw you take it. it was in the corner of your black bag" (I do not own a black bag) So I asked if they checked the cameras and she said NO. so instead of checking the cameras, she kept insisting i took this toothbrush and continuously blamed and accused me of being a thief. UNPROFESSIONAL, INAPPROPRIATE, and flat out DISGUSTING to be called in the middle of your work day and be ACCUSED of stealing from your own dentist. on top of this experience, they are NEVER on time and call you 2 minutes after your appointment time just to have you sit in the lobby for 30+ minutes. maybe it's because i'm black but i just find it funny how the DENTIST refuses to check the cameras and would rather call a patient to accuse and blame them. i'd rather have all my teeth fall out than go back to this degrading place.

Wow! A lot of these reviews must NOT be from legitimate customers. I live close by and some of the review dates are from before this office and plaza was even open. They said I had 2 cavities and tried charging me $436 to fill them, they also told me I had gum disease. Now down to the original reason I went this office, I had saw ads for free consultation. So I figured I would like into an Invisalign like option that they offer. The women in the front had a bit of attitude, but I just continued on thinking nothing of it. I then proceeded to do my "free" consultation, and then went to the front desk. This is where the real issue began. They then proceeded to see if I qualify for "no interest" financing on this treatment. So I was pressured into signing an credit authorisation form, they then pulled my credit without them truly explaining what they were doing. Low and behold after that, I finally then get a copy of an itemised receipt where I finally see my break down. The toothbrush that I was pressured into taking was $135 and many other charges that don't make sense. The original price was over $5,200 then they conveniently "gave me a discount" to match the exact amount that I was approved for on the credit. Well if this story doesn't give you the full picture I think the fact that my credit DROPPED 61 POINTS from this. To say this a Predatorily practice I believe is an understatement. Just also to add when I called the creditor that they had signed me up for (without me knowing) I had called them and they told me that majority of all calls for a disputes that they had received against a dental office was from Aspen Dental. I also read multiple reviews that seem to be from legitimate people that had almost identical experiences. PLEASE STAY AWAY at all cost this place does not function with good ethics or respect for their patients.
