Unfortunately, they try to force procedures on you (not covered by insurance) and/or unwanted or refuse service. They added a cancer screening to the bill. First Lady(not friendly) said mandatory. When we called them on why it would be mandatory for a 21 year old with no family history of oral cancer they then decided it was optional. I get it's a business and they will probably get someone else to pay OOP for their up charged services. They didn't even seem to care they would lose a patient.

I have had nothing but awesome experiences at the Power Road, Superstition location. Helpful, caring and always willing to go the extra mile. The doctor was caring and compassionate and the office manager was out of this world. No comparison to the orrible service I received at the one located in Casa Grande. I highly recommend this location.

As I am actually terrified of dentist's, at my advanced age,I felt very comfortable throughout my complete appointment. Staff was friendly, informative and eliminated any concerns I had. Now I am scheduled for the rest of my appointments to correct my teeth and mouth. Feel free to ask them questions...they welcome your questions and concerns.

I have not been to the dentist in over 3 years. I was extremely nervous. The staff and Dr. were so kind, calming and knowledgeable. I already scheduled my next visit.

The staff was super nice and Dr. Cheng was wonderful. He made me feel at ease and explained everything regarding my dental care thoroughly and created a plan of action that I'm comfortable with.

Great staff but unfortunately they force procedures on you before they will help you! The fact that I don't want my teeth scaled and they say we won't work on me until I do is and should be against a moral code!! I am not made of money and to force me to pay over $100 for this is ridicules!! And to force that charge on my insurance...how can they do that to people?!? Just beware this is not a choice dental facility it is a dictatorship of dentistry!! So sad!!!!

Outstanding care. The receptionist helped me find a discount program since I don't have insurance . Full explanation by the hygienist re her findings. Dr. Zang was great. No cavities but a few areas of infection which are treatable. This is what I was hoping for.
