Ranks right up there with my very worst dental experience.. I have had 24 teeth pulled from my skull and this was the first dentist that EVER started yanking within 90 seconds of administering the numbimg shot.

This review is for my partner's experience with this office. He had a dental cleaning today, booked weeks in advance, showed up and was told they cancelled it because he didn't confirm his appointment, although all the text messages he received were only reminders for his appointment, INCLUDING one today that said we can't wait to see you. They said "oh those come from our corporate office", so? If it was "cancelled" why did he get a text today, the day of his appointment, saying we can't wait to see you? Make it make sense. Not only did they waste his time, they were rude and immediately locked the door once he walked out. Go figure, they just wanted a reason to close the office early rather than still see him, so they cancelled his appointment. Disgusting business practices and we cancelled all upcoming appointments we had with this office and will be going elsewhere.

I've always been a bit nervous at the dentist , the oral surgeon was phenomenal my root canal was a breeze the shots didn't even hurt , the dentist who did my crown was also amazing, I am no longer scared to go get work done , the staff was also very nice and helpful

I originally had come in for my 6 month cleaning and check up. I informed the hygienist that I would not feel comfortable doing X-rays since I'm pregnant and I'll be due before my next appointment anyway and we could take X-rays then. She seemed bothered by this stating that it would be fine and questioning me as to why I declined the X-ray. I hadn't had the opportunity to discuss this with my OB doc and at this time I did not wish to have X-rays done. After this point she measured my gums and this is where the appointment continued to go south. The hygienist informed me that I apparently had advanced gingivitis/periodontal disease, and to make matters worse she casually told me that this is going to affect my baby. She told me that I would need to have an advanced cleaning and come every 3 months to get a cleaning done, which would not be completely covered by insurance. This has never been discussed at any of my previous appointments and seemed so out of the blue. I became very upset after she made me worry about the health of my child, to the point of tears, which made the hygienist uncomfortable and rushed me out the room into the lobby since apparently I wasn't going to be getting a cleaning. Afterwards I looked through reviews on Yelp where many people had a similar experience of being told they had periodontal disease only to find out from a different dentist that it was a false diagnosis. This company only cares about money to the point of trying to manipulate me by threatening the health of my baby. I am absolutely disgusted by this behavior and will be looking for dental care elsewhere.

First time patient with Aspen dental. Office staff was great. Angel (the dental assistant) was professional and walked me through each process two by step. Sam (the hygienist) answered my questions and was thorough during her exam. Dr. Adams was amazing. Ashley the front office manager who also helped with the treatment plan, financing, everything. She was very informed and also very genuine and caring. Looking forward to my next visit! Thank you all

I really like Aspen Dental. Today was my first visit. Everyone was so nice, kind and respectful. The office is clean and the waiting room was very comfortable, it was a very positive visit.

Incredible service and care by Aspen Dental at this location. Celina went above and beyond to explain my diagnosis and to help me understand how to manage and maintain my current bone/gum levels. Her passion and attention to detail for the dental hygiene craft is superb and you can really sense her passion for helping people with the knowledge she has attained. I had a great deal of questions and she patiently answered each and every one of them. Highly recommended!

Dr. Chris Zagami was awesome! I've always disliked going to the dentist, but he made me feel very comfortable and changed my outlook on going to the dentist! He was able to create a treatment plan for my chipped tooth and explained it to me in a way that I understood and answered any questions that I had. The front desk staff was just as awesome, very welcoming and helpful!

The office is clean and nice. The staff are professional. However, we went because of some minor tooth pain, and they started trying to sell us $7000 worth of dental procedures unrelated to the tooth we came in for. We got a second opinion and determined that those procedures were unnecessary. After reading several other reviews it seems that this location has a pattern of trying to scam young adults with extremely excessive treatment plants. Definitely don't come here without fantastic dental insurance.

I was visiting this dental office for a basic cleaning. My regular dental office was booked a few weeks out, so I figured I could visit this office since it is close to home. The dental hygienist, after completing a basic diagnosis, gave me a bleak evaluation and stated I had aggressive periodontal disease and needed immediate treatment. This was a surprise since my teeth felt fine, and I have previously never been diagnosed with any significant issues. The doc comes in a little while later and backs up the hygienist's assessment but with not as much conviction. They chalked up this elaborate, multi-treatment plan spread over a few months running in the thousands. I said I will consider it but would at least like my teeth cleaned today; they refused and said it would be done along with the treatment.I went to my regular dental office today, and they gave me a clean bill of health with no underlying issues at all. The hygienist remarked on my effective home care routine and good dental health. This location was trying to pad their billing by performing unneeded medical procedures. Disheartening and such a disservice to their patients. They should be shut down for medical malpractice.

My experience with Aspen as a whole has been mixed.. However Chris Z at Riverview is an All-Star when it comes to Cosmetic. I've had cosmetic bonding for years and can honestly say working with him was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I'll definitely be seeing him for an opinion on Veneers & he'll be a trusted resource without a doubt.

I recommend 10/10 for anyone who is in school for dental assisting school and are ready to extern this is the place to do it. They help you learn and don't get mad if you make mistakes because they understand your new to the field. I was nervous before I started my externship there but ounce I got to know them I started to really like the office. Angel, Reanna, Michael, Dr v, Dr Chris, Perstephanie and celina and the other two in the front desk are great people and I'm am really glad I choose this place to be where I would learn to procedures. I also had an extraction done there to and before I was an extern there I saw how well they treated their employees and how they was teaching one of their extern who helped with my procedure and the next day I talked to my school and told them I found a place I would love to work at you guys are doing an amazing job with teaching and helping patients thank you for all your doing to helping me be a good dental assistant .
