Go somewhere else, seriously. I've been going to this branch for 4 years, and a different branch of Aspen for 4 years before that (the other branch had absolutely no issues). In the 4 years I've been coming to the Merritt Island location, I've never seen the same face twice. About 50% of my appointments get automatically rescheduled due to being "short staffed", and I've found that the only way to actually be seen is to just ignore their emails and show up anyways. Besides the general chaos, the dental work is really a hit or miss depending on which Doctor or dental tech they have employed with them at the time. I've had one cavity filled here, and when I came back for a checkup and cleaning a different doctor asked if I'd had a filling there (it had fallen out). When told him that they'd filled it 6 months ago he was surprised that that had been recommended and said that whoever had filled it had done a pretty bad job. Told me to "keep an eye" on that spot as I may develop more problems there. The dental techs have always been kind and I honestly feel bad for them because they're typically stressed and clearly overworked. Not exactly the way you want someone feeling when they have a drill in your mouth. Save yourself the time and possible mistakes and go somewhere else, they're too busy to see people anyways.

I patronized Aspen Dental for the first time today. I was having a very painful, dental emergency. Dr. Marius has a young, informed and friendly staff. Raven was fantastic with my X-rays. She moved quickly and efficiently. She has a long future in health care if she wants because her bedside manner was on point. Jose was another stand out star. He is a huge asset for this practice. Dr. Marius was friendly, caring and fast. I'll be going back next week to have another problem taken care of. If it goes as well as today? I may have finally found myself a dentist.

I've always been afraid and nervous when it comes to the dentist however the staff was very friendly and professional the dentist and all the assistance were wonderful and I never knew that having a teeth abstracted could be so painless the doctor was wonderful and very caring this was the best dental experience I've ever had and I look forward to going back

Ultra nice staff from checking in, x-rays, to final proposed procedures discussion. The dentist was very informative on all of my teeth during the exam and listened to every word I had to say. Very clean, and nice looking facility. This was my first visit and I was impressed!

Unfortunately I heard so many good things but my experience not so much. They got me in for an appointment quickly. The assistant was great . The Dr seemed nice until I started asking questions. Alison The office manager is rude .no I don't recommend them especially to people who have anxiety with the dentist. But God bless corporate America. The doctor only had to tell me about dentures with implants that cost $30000 he knew that price for that 1 but he didn't know the prices for anything else and as far as giving me cheaper options he was avoided my questions and then I was a bad guy when I got upset about it

Every single person in the building that works here is genuinely kind and super good at what they do. My experience was so well I walked out wondering if the service I experienced could possibly be real. That's how good it was. I am grateful to have found such a place when I needed it most. I had a Dental Emergency and was able to be seen the same day . I was very upset but From the moment I walked in I had the most positive experience . Every single staff member was so nice, helpful , informative and supportive . I highly recommend this Office Even though I live in Melbourne I will make the drive to Merritt Island so I can continue to be seen at this office for all my dental needs .
