This office and dentist get zero! They take your money and don't even give me what I am scheduled for!! They want to drain your insurance and pockets before doing what you are scheduled for! Literally force you to do something else you don't need and refuse to do what your suppose to have done!! They make you pay first then say oh you need this before you can even get your teeth you need !! I hate you Aspen dental!! You have only caused me pain and suffering !! I did talk to my lawyer which is family so no cost to me by the way! I hope anyone that has had the worst experience here rally together and make sure they stop taking people's money and not giving these people what they came in for ! The dentist is the worst person ever!!!

All the staff were super friendly and very professional what ever procedure performed I was truly satisfied .. My dentist has a great chair side manor ..

Save yourself, go to another dental office. Got bottom plate, nothing but trouble. My temporary plate broke when eating a sandwich. My Permanent plate is loose, I have to put dental cream after every meal. Nothing but a complete hassle. Been calling customer service for 4 days, not 1 call back. Don't fall for the money back scheme. They suggested permanent plate. The dentist also told me the problem could be that I have a large tongue " no kidding, the most ridiculous thing I ever heard. Run away from this operation do not walk. If they done the job right in the 1st place I wouldn't need a permanent plate. I live on my pension. This will probably end up being a legal issue.

I would like to thank the staff at Aspen Dental in Merrillville. They are helpful, kind and remember your fist name. Great office. I also want to thank Dr. Childs. I recently had new dentures and was experiencing mild pain. Dr. Childs listened to my concerns and adjusted the dentures and let me know if I had any further issues , to come back for further treatment.

Everyone from the receptionist to my dentist were exceptional! The X-ray tech, hygienist and dentist were very gentle, and explained everything so that I understood what they we're doing and what my treatment plan was. The office can manager explained my insurance coverage and detailed what my out of pocket expense would be. I was very pleased with my experience.

Everyone is so pleasant and helpful! I'm happy to drive out of my way because the service is fantastic.... They gave me play by play details of the procedure and and what to expect. Thanks Guys! (Michigan City one is great too!)

Awesome place! The staff was super friendly and answered every question that I had. They also came up with the best treatment plan possible to help me get to my goal smile! Also helped me with financing everything to suit my needs!

The porpoise behind the counter was no help. 2nd time there. Came in at 7:30am in so much pain wanting to cry. She said (well we can get you in next Tuesday)

Took over an hour and 5 min past my appointment time tk even get called back, then another 45 before someone even came to start me. I would never refer them to anyone! They are so rude and mean. Another time I sat in there for over an hour for them to tell me their computers were down and couldn't take me today. NEVER GO THERE!!!!

The Dentist at this Aspen location is actually pretty good. I have had work done here before and unfortunately after dealing with incompetent and unprofessional staff, I will be taking my business/insurance elsewhere. After scheduling an appointment weeks in advance, I have been waiting well over an hour of my appointment time. After asking the front desk rep about an update being that people who came in after me were being called before me, she rudely responded by saying, "It's OK, he'll get to you." PSA to all employees, if the business that you work for loses too much business/revenue, they will eventually be unable to afford and employ you. Be well everyone.

Well, I give 3.5 stars for my visit in March. Simple cleaning, but felt like I was being upsold non-stop. The cleaning experience however was ok. However, this week I need to schedule something for a damaged tooth. Call the Merrillville facility....After going around the horn with the auto attendant for 5 minutes I simply left a message for a call-back. This was 9:15 am....Later in the afternoon when I did not hear back from anyone I did what their auto-attendant advises and "for faster service" visited their website to set an appointment. Ok, I go there and do the song-and-dance inputting my information. Click Complete or Next or whatever it was and get a popup something to the effect...you are a current client, please contact us at 877....bla, bla, bla...Right back where I started. You got to be kidding me!!!! Somehow I got a girl in Highland on the phone stating I could move my "file" over there. But, would be at least 2 weeks to get in for my repair. I really wanted something sooner. She advised how the Merrillville office is horrible at answering their phones. I agreed!!! She offered to call there on my behalf and speak w/the office manager to call me back as well as send them an e-mail to call me back. So, I left it with her. Well, here it is...3 full days later...Nada, nil, nothing!!!! Mr. or Mrs. or Miss Office Manager in Merrillville...Can you hear me now??? You need to do your job a lot better! You can take my file out of your cabinet or your e-directory and shred/delete it. I shan't be conducting business w/you folks. RETORT-Oh, yes...Ill reach out to customer service.....Bite me!
