The professionalism and empathy of the entire staff is top notch! I had to restart the whole process of dentures after a horrifying experience elsewhere. They all were so amazing and kind about my situation. I just cannot rave about them enough!

I visited Aspen Dental several times to have work done. I was given an estimated cost and paid over $2000 up front. The remaining balance was supposed to be billed to my insurance. I gave my primary insurance information and a secondary (rinky-dink) plan provided by my employer, for free. I was VERY clear on which plan was the primary. We got about half way through my treatment plan and I was billed over $300. I called and sent emails back and forth with Kayla in finance. After looking at the statement she sent, it was clear that they billed my secondary as the primary. I was told that they would re-bill and get it straightened out. This has gone on for about a year. A few days ago I got a final bill, stating that they plan to send me to collections. I have no problem paying what I owe (I've already paid over $2000!), but I refuse to pay anything until they get the billing worked out! If this is sent to collections it will be disputed! I will also be contacting the BBB and leaving reviews anywhere I'm able to. I hate to leave a bad review, because the doctors, assistants and staff were all very nice, but this needs to be corrected.

Very nice staff! Immediately gave me some pain meds for my tooth until I get a root canal. They make you feel so welcome :)

The doctor and the staff are absolutely have great bedside manners I had a very bad emergency they took care of me like I was one of their own best place ever.

Great experience. I visited 4 times: once for a cleaning and 3 separate times to get crowns replaced. Everyone was so nice. They are like one big family! They always know my name when I walk in. If you need any kind of dental work, go to Aspen Dental. They have the latest in technology and offer payment plans. If you are looking for a job, look up careers on the Aspen Website. A lot of opportunity for advancement with benefits.

I booked an appointment and asked to get set up as a new patient as well as getting a cleaning. When I showed up for my appointment all employees were professional and friendly. However, this dental office was not able to perform the requested services in a timely manner. I was there for an hour and a half and only had scans of my mouth taken and gum recession measured. I spent as much time waiting as I did being seen by their employees. When after an hour and a half I had yet to receive a cleaning I chose to leave. I hope that this office can address their scheduling issues I experienced. The employees all seemed nice and professional, but I can't wait all day to get dental services. I wish that they had communicated their scheduling issues prior to my appointment or even during the appointment. I will be going elsewhere in the future.

I don't normally post reviews but the experience I had today was so beyond disappointing. I took my fiance in to assess some wisdom teeth that have been causing them significant pain. During the first hour, not only did they talk about my fiance's teeth like they weren't even sitting there but they were focusing on every other area other than what was causing them pain. The second hour consisted of them addressing hygenic procedures that were not dire to the situation and then when we finally got to the wisdom teeth they said they couldn't do it and referred us elsewhere (thank goodness for that). When the consultation was over we were directed to talk about the finance options to take care of some deep cleaning which would cost of 3,500 on top of having to do wisdom teeth extractions elsewhere. We will not be returning and not reccomending this facility to anyone.

I'm with Melissa Stringer-Blackwell ( she posted a review for the same reason I did. My time is valuable. I took a friend in on a Saturday for an emergency post repair. While he was being seen, I asked how much s cleaning was. Quoted 92.00, very fair. I was told that I needed an exam before they could clean, o.k, not a problem ,and they said no charge for the exam. I made an appointment for 7:30 the following Tuesday. For 90 minutes they examined my teeth, and told me they couldn't clean until I addressed my periodontal disease. I'm 60, and at my age there my be some receding gums, but my teeth are excellent. If I agreed to their 2,000.00 treatment program, I could get my teeth cleaned for 92.00. This establishment practices sales of unnecessary dental services to unsuspecting clients, mostly to bill insurance companies. I'm not saying they aren't capable or pleasant employees, but their primary goal is to make as much money as possible, client needs are secondary in my opinion. This practice is quite common with newer franchises in the treasure Valley. I did not opt for their services.

I cant say enough how much i appreciate the folks at Aspen Dental...broke a tooth sunday night and monday morning i called around to find a dentist who would get me in to take care of it and they got me in asap and removed the tooth and i am in no pain at all and after i heal im def. goin back so we can get a game plan for a new tooth and start working on having me a better smile.. the folks were very professional and i dont know exactly what i was given but the novicain never worked on me but the stuff they used was awsome i didnt feel anything...Thank you Aspen Dental again for all you did.

Highly recommend this location and Alli ! She really took the time to clean every single tooth while giving me tons of helpful information! She won't start a job unless she knows she has the time to finish it. Love this place !

If you want to be treated like your time isn't worth anything go ahead and get established here. I showed up for my apt only to find they'd gave it away -even though they had sent a confirmation of the apt. I've never missed an apt before- no bad patient history here. Not only did they give my apt, scheduled in advanced, away they didn't bother to let me know they'd given it away so I got a sitter and showed up early. If there was less than one star they'd have gotten that. Never going back and will spread the word about how they treat their customers. If they have a ridiculous policy like this they should make sure their customers know.

I think this place is awesome. Each time I have been there everyone is very courteous, prompt and they do excellent work. I am very happy to have Aspen as my dental company
