Had an emergency tooth extraction was terrified they were so kind and patient and empathetic to my pain and worry. The extraction took less time then it took to get my mouth numb and Dr Kim and her assistant during the extraction were so good to me! Tooth came out no issue didn't even break! Thank god for Dr Kim and all the staff (especially the woman who did my x-rays! Unbelievably gentle and patient thank you)! Highly recommend!

Everybody is very friendly and professional. I went in for an exam, expecting the worst after a long period of not having had dental insurance. But it was painless, both literally and figuratively. I needed a cleaning and a filling, which they got me in for same-day. I'll come back and review again after I get some wisdom teeth pulled.

Our 11 year old son had his cleaning today with Laura. She was very thoughtful and attentive with him and met his anxiety with joy + humor. He said it was his favorite dentist experience thus far. All of the staff were friendly with sunny dispositions. We highly recommend!

Could not ask for a better dentist! Very organized and call to confirm appointments. They explain the bill before you leave and answer any questions.

I wish I could leave zero stars. I was originally told my visit would be $150. Go to check out and it's now $317. Wasn't explained to me when they wanted to take an additional panel X-ray that I'd be paying $165 for it. Maybe you should tell people that before hand? Dr Kim was extremely rude and I felt she voiced how disgusted she was of me for letting my teeth get bad. Not very professional. I did not feel welcome in your office, 100% was taken advantage of, and left with zero help. Came in with a toothache and left with a toothache and no help. Aspen doesn't care about it's patients only taking their money.

Great experience! Starting with Rosa the receptionist who called us to confirm appointment and get additional information. We were greeted in a modern very clean reception area by Lily who was very welcoming and friendly.Dr.Kim was professional and knowledgeable.Krystal was friendly and efficient. Amanda the office manager was knowledgeable, clear and concise with the financials and pleasant and friendly. The young lady that took the X-rays was also very friendly and professional. The entire office staff is welcoming and professional and a breath of fresh air in todays medical atmosphere where offices are short staffed and in many cases unfriendly and not knowledgeable. Looking forward to the finished product!

Aspen Dental will rip you off. They just need money only. I went to get Root Canal with my dentist referral with all Scan and details. However, they wanted again Scan and test done and charge me instead of doing the root canal. And the DR said i need to wait few weeks with my pain, and they won't give any pain killers. The same day I went to New Haven other dentist, and she done my root canal without any issue because she has all necessary referral info from my dentist. Now they send me invoice too. DO not go to Aspen Dental, they are scammers. !! find any other place,

The worst place I've been. Reception was very nice over the phone, once you reach there they will rip off you with additional chargers. I will never go there again.

The file a claim for nothing. Even though I had referral for root canal they wanted to re-scan and make a bill. And they want me to hold my tooth pain two weeks as the doctor will come once a month. This is nightmare. I went different place to do the Root canal and they have done straight away as I have referral from my dentist. Stay away from Aspen Dental.

I had a dental emergency on the Friday before the July 4th holiday weekend (2022). My dentist's office was closed. I called a few places & could not get an appointment. The staff at Aspen Dental in Meriden got me in immediately! Customer service is excellent from the initial phone call to walking out the door with the problem resolved! ! Every staff member was friendly, caring & professional on the phone and at the office from the minute i arrived. The dentist listened to my history of what was going on & did an excellent job - caring, professional & skilled. The entire staff showed great concern toward my well-being & any pain I might be having. The office manager determined what the fee would be and gave me the opportunity to say yes or no to the procedure. The fee was very reasonable & of course I agreed to have it done. The office manager met with me in her office and reviewed everything & gave me the opportunity to ask questions. Never thought I would enjoy a visit to the dentist tat much! Highly recommend Aspen Dental in Meriden!

made 1st appt for 3 weeks out. The week before they sent me reminders everyday. The morning of appt I got a text saying they are excited to meet me. A half hr later they called to say they have to cancel my 1st appt because they overbooked and want to go home early today. That's a big fail in my book. If they cancelled my 1st appt what was the rest of the process gonna be like. Nope moving on to New England Dental!! I wish I could give zero stars but you cannot post your comment unless you pick at least one star! So this is really a zero star.

My appt was very early I got there about 5 min before opening and the receptionist let me in. She is very kind and accommodating. Check in was fast and easy. Next a gentleman took me to get my X-rays he was nice and very patient with me. The dentist was very clear on what I needed to have done. The lady that worked in finance is an angel. She was very understanding and extremely helpful. I appreciate her a lot. I wish I was good with names. The hygienist was awesome too. Overall a great experience. Thanks Aspen of Meriden staff.

I am giving one star because the receptionist was super nice. However I felt like just another person they were trying to get through the door to add to their client roster. I made an appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction because i was in pain.As I anxiously waited for my 2 week away appointment (because they only have 1 surgeon) I received a call and was told I owe another 160 For another fee to see the surgeon..i already seen the dentist, and they're xray machine was broken so who knew if a surgeon was even warranted. I canceled my appt and asked for a refund of my deposit. Went somewhere else and the DENTIST pulled it out on the spot. My mom warned me because they did the same to here with a phantom charge as she awaited her appointment.
