I was running late for my appointment and most places have a 15 minute grace period. I checked in at 9:16 and apologized for being late. The receptionist checked me in immediately and told me to have a seat. Four minutes later at 9:20 she looks at me and says unfortunately the hygienist will not be able to see you today. While I understand they have a schedule why wasn't I informed of that when I first checked in as opposed to having me check in and sit in the waiting area and later turned away. This is also pretty contradictory since I waited more than 15 minutes to even be seen during my last visit.

After being in a few different dentist offices from small ones to big ones these guys try to sell you on everything. Under the same insurance my teeth cleaning is free at my local small dentist. This place always charges you for something. They do quality work but try to stay in your wallet

Went here due to my dentist being out out of the county and this being the only place which could schedule me for an appointment during this time. I was told I "needed" items to aid in my recovery. Never being con'd by my regular dentist I trusted what Aspen Dentist explained. WhenI was able to return to my regular dentist this week, she explained I did not need any of these items Aspen charged me for and I was taken advantage of. Not a trust worthy company

The one thing that has kept me out of dental offices is post procedure pain management. After taking the prescribed medication, I am still in throbbing pain. I walked in pain free. If you do nothing to manage someone's pain after you work on them, you're not a doctor, your a butcher. I will never return to to this office again.

I'm writing this review while experiencing severe tooth pain. I called this location before heading out to ask if they excepted emergency walk-ins, they told me yes over the phone. When I arrived they ask me if I have an appointment, I said no I just need to see someone because I have a massive toothache. The receptionist says let me just check with the doctor. He goes and ask the doctor and I can hear the Doctor say "not today". No one was even waiting in the lobby, he clearly just didn't want to take the appointment. In their window it says they except walkins and emergencies but turned me away. This was unprofessional and ridiculous, you should not advertise services that you don't provide.

Had a wonderful experience at Aspen this morning: I hadn't been to the dentist since the pandemic started and had canceled several appointments due to scheduling conflicts in the past year. Aspen was easy to make an appointment with, and the cleaning was very thorough. I feel much better having had my teeth examined and cleaned. The office was also clean and bright. The dentist, hygienist, and assistants who treated me were all friendly and professional.

The doctor I had was very professional and advised helpful tips on a healthier mouth when mentioning what was needed on my future visits. I had a wisdom tooth that was aching and he arranged same day extraction for me. After the initial contact with the numbing shots, the tooth removal took less than 1 minute. I was amazed. Very professional location! I actually can't wait for my scheduled cleaning.

I had the pleasure of being a first time customer at Aspen Dental from the first moment I walked through the door. The Customer service was excellent from the clerks at the front desk to the two young ladies who were dental assistants Rosy @ Tatyana five star customer service and the dentist Dr Basta amazing I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT

I normally struggle with the X-rays but this dental office made me feel so at ease. I was able to get my exam done and they are so affordable! Every one working there is extremely nice and they provide so much information on dental treatment and making sure you receive the right dental care! I love it here. This will definitely be my family dentist for sure!
