I truly expected to have my tooth removed today, i wanted to get it over and done with it already, instead I have to wait till next Monday to have the procedure done. Not happy about that, but it is what what it is.

Here is my update. I am not changing my review. Yes , only one crown broke off on the right upper side. ( Due to lack of my natural tooth due to a previous root canal) The problem is I had two teeth knocked out when I was a kid, and the other teeth drifted into place. That is WHY I cannot chew on that side. I have a strong suspicion, the other crown on my left upper side was done the same way. ( also a previous root canal) I have to be extremely careful even when chewing rice. Crunchy items get snagged into the crevice of the tooth. The corporate headquarters basically sticks an office manager in there with a preset billing procedure, with no other authority other than to follow the billing guideline. They will not do re-work even if it is their fault. There must be revenue for every procedure. I am going to dispute the CareCredit charge for the broken crown. I do not want this place touching my mouth again. It is not this particular practice it is the corporate that is in charge. I have never heard of a dental cleaning costing $1838. It is just absurd. My total bill was $3900. By the way this dentist would not perform any other work unless I had 1 other cavity filled and one of my good teeth crowned ( did have a cavity, whether or not it required a crown is debatable. They made an attempt to resolve the issue, but only to charge me an additional $1300 for a partial denture, $2000 for a bridge or $3200 for an implant. That would be with insurance coverage. Neverminded the fake discounts that were included. I do not recommend this place at all. I am reposting the broken crown pic.

Great professional and courteous staff, Dr was very professional but was not overly aggressive on procedure. He let me decide on my own and gave me benefit of time to figure it out. They gave me all insurance options before I made my decision. I would highly recommend this office for referral.

My first visit to Aspen Dental in Viera, Fl and everything went well. The staff is friendly and the overall place nice and clean. At the end, I am getting my teeth done, and will have the smile I need with their help. Thank you all at Aspen Dental for the smooth journey to success. See you soon to start my journey.

The staff was very professional and answered all my questions. I appreciate the options given to me to work out the cost of the two crowns that I will need.

So I literally walked in and explained that I know I need a lot of work but I need to know my options because I can't afford $20k or $30k. Oh of course we understand Mr. Webberly! Then the first plan is $28k but really you need option 2 which is $40k!! Wow thanks for literally not listening to me n wasting 2.5 hours of my day!

Dr. Raghib was excellent! He put me at ease as I had a seriously infected tooth which was causing immense pain. The other staff members from the receptionist who assisted us with our financing application to the Dental Hygienists were wonderful! It is too bad they are out of network as I would continue with them as my only dentist.

Had an emergency tooth issue, lost 1/2 of my molar over the weekend and they were able to put a plan in place to relieve myself of the pain and tooth. I am now transferring all of my dental needs to Aspen.

Charged several thousands of dollars for 3 crowns. After 8 months , one has broken for no fault of my own. I had another dental practice evaluate the tooth for $240, all because this dental practice does not answer their phones. The Aspen doctor was extremely rough on my jaw as well. He would press his hands into my chin. He should watch closely where he rests his hands. The problem was that there isn't enough of the natural tooth to support the crown. I am out and my CareCredit is almost maxed out. The Viera office is unprofessional and does not answer their phones. This is not personal and not an attack on the Dentist's work , but he did NOT present other options that were more suitable; such as a crown lengthening. I am reporting this practice. They need to remedy the situation and replace the crown at no to little cost to me. I will be disputing the CareCredit charges.

Beware!! I have lived a 14 month total living nightmare and as time went on it only got worse. I came in wanting and expecting full dental implants. I spent 30k and ended up with snap in (removable) dentures which I had never heard of. At my initial consultation the office Manager Marie tried to charge me 38k and when I brought up the $7,575.60 discount T.V. Promotion she simply said oh yeah and gave it to me. Unbelievably during the orientation she never explained to me that there are two different types of implants which are fixed and removable. She did show me a sample which is not what I ended up with. Total deceptive business practice. I only went to this Aspen Dental because I was referred and told what a good Dentist Camille Cassella was and told her she was the only reason I came there. After being told this you would think that she would be courteous enough to to inform me that she was leaving that location and wouldn't be my dentist for the complete procedure. The importance of this is I explained to her that I live 5 hours away and could have gone to some place much closer but wanted her because of the recommendation. She pulled all of my teeth from my mouth knowing I was never going to see her again. I was shocked not only to be informed of her departure but also shocked to find out that I was not receiving permanent implant dentures. When I complained to Amanda about Dr Casella not telling me that I wasn't getting permanent dentures she replied sarcastically, why would she she isn't qualified to perform that type of surgery. Deceptive business practice from the beginning? When Dr. James took over I explained to him my total disappointment with everything that had transpired. I also told him that i understood that he did not create any of these problems and it wasn't between him and I. He offered to bring in a specialist to see if I could qualify for an upgrade to the permanent dentures, which he did and I did. After being charged an additional 15k and numerous painful appointments it became a bigger fiasco. I had teeth breaking, half of the teeth on my upper right were hanging for days. which I could't remove. After multiple repairs Dr. James decided to consult another specialist. I was then informed that I wasn't a good candidate for the permanent denture and would have to go back to and live with the snap in dentures. They offered to refund my additional 15k which they did. After finally excepting the reality of things I offered to purchase an extra pair of snap ins for back ups because they are not as good and reliable as falsely advertised. Dr. James agreed to make me an additional pair for $3500.00 but then he also suddenly disappears to a different location. He wouldn't respond to my emails or to the Office Manager Amanda's email request to call me. I am then informed that they have no dentist who can simply take impressions in order to make me a set. I finally found a good dentist close to me who is making me a better quality denture but for $8,000.00 For the record, I'm not a wealthy man but a cancer survivor who went through 7 weeks of radiation, which is why I had teeth issues. This entire debacle was almost as bad of an experience. I can't tell you how many times I was left in a room for long periods of time because Dr. James was working on multiple people at a time, no personalization. In addition, they never answer their phones and sometime take days to respond to emails or phone messages. Aspen is a big company and obviously all about turning numbers. GO TO A PRIVATE DENTIST! I considered contacting their Admin people before posting this review, but if you notice they just reply to complaints with the same generic response. I don't see anyone who has come back on with a review and said that they contacted or were contacted by Vierra Aspen and their complaints were sincerely addressed.
