Staff is very rude. Came for an emergency, agreed on a price, kept getting badgered by the front desk person. The place gives you a run around for more money obviously. Needs an xray to see what's wrong, yet had already predetermined that they're going to pull my tooth and cant promise an antibiotic. What a joke. Stay away.

I originally went to aspen dental on Thursday 9/29/22 had a brief appointment for exrays and chat about what needs done and asked if I could come back tomorrow 10/01/22 to start the process which I did and let me say I haven't been to a dentist in decades because of $$$ well let me say that this dentist did a great job really making sure I was numb completely to do my 3 crowns and didn't feel anything until Novocain wore off lol but they did a great job I was very pleased. Thanks aspen dental in Medina, Ohio

Was told my first visit would be free, had discussed many things with them on the phone only to be denied after awaiting the appointment no discussion of what was needed for appointment only a date and time to show up and then at the date and time I arrive I was informed I cannot be seen as I had to pay for the visit in which was supposed to be free. Would not recommend after being ran around.

Aspen Dental-Medina was the quickest place to get me in for a tooth ache. Everything from the moment I called until the moment I walked out went very smoothly. Staff is very friendly and polite! I highly recommend using them!

We had a really good experience. Very patient with my 9 year old getting her tooth pulled. They went at her pace so that she was more comfortable.

My appointment was at 10:15 AM. First time patient coming in for teeth exam. I came in at 9:55 AM. Was finally let in for x-rays at 10:45 AM (30 minutes after my appointment time). After the xrays i was asked to wait in a room for a dentist. After waiting 20 minutes I asked how much more time before the dentist comes in. I was told "maybe another 10 minutes". They were not even sure. I respect these professionals, the work they do in the community and their time. But i also expect the same. The moment i walked in to that office, i should have been advised of the very long wait time etc. I wasnt even greeted in the first place and the lady at front desk just had an unusual attitude for a receptionist.

Dr. Florian and the staff here are truly top notch. I had several issues that needed addressed. The staff was great in setting up my appointments and I knew exactly what my treatment plan was and also what the cost was. Then Dr. Florian went to work and he is by far the best dentist I have ever seen. My smile is completely restored and I am so happy with the results and treatment I received! Thank you all very much!!

The woman that works at the front desk is terrible. Beyond rude. I'm not sure how she still has a job there! She was training a red head young lady and was mean to her. She was rude to not only me but two other patients there. Her entire demeanor spews misery. I understand that people have good and bad days but if you can't remain professional as a front desk receptionist, you should should work somewhere that you don't have to deal with the public. The doctor wasn't much help. The Nurse was nice. The red head receptionist was very nice. I wouldn't go here.

I recently started coming to Aspen because my other dentist office wasn't that great. This office is the best one I've ever been too, the staff is absolutely amazing. They're so nice and made my visit go really smooth. They explained everything that was going on before, during, and after my procedure; so I had no questions and never felt like I wasn't getting the information I needed. Definitely my permanent office!!!

This is a very pleasant establishment. I'm greeted & checked in promptly, with minimal waiting time. I witnessed them taking great care with all who walked in (whether they had an appointment or not). Visiting a dentist can bring anxiety & their staff make every effort to ease that feeling. The hygienist & dentist are very thorough & make sure you thoroughly understand what is needed. Checking out is very accommodating. I highly recommend this group.
