So far my experience has been good! I'm getting my dentures replaced. It takes a little longer than I thought. Everyone has been very nice. I will review again when I get my new dentures!

I do NOT recommend coming to this place. The dentist cracked the tooth next to the one he pulled. Paid in full then like 2 months later got another bill from them. Couldn't believe it!! Never will I get work done here and I tell everyone to not go here!! Be a better business

Victoria the office manager is awesome. The dental assistants Sophia and Bee were very caring and patient. Jeff the lab tech was so helpful.

The partial they did took 6 weeks to be made. Then after a month the tooth was not flush with the rest of the my natural teeth. The new tooth has 2 vertical lines from top to bottom,visible.The fit of the partial is rocking a bit.Then I called and after 3 weeks there was no return call as promised,so I called again.Then I was told the dentist would call me back the next day. That never happened so again I called today and while I was talking to the office employee about all this, she intermittently kept talking to someone else in the office,not being attentive to my problems. I paid a lot of money to them and they have repeatedly given poor service.Lastly, the dentist who worked on me left the company too. I want this partial fixed or replaced,or further action will have to be taken.

Got me right in for my appointment, very fast and efficient and professional. Made sure I understood my upcoming procedures and costs and went out of their way to save me money. Friends recommended Aspen Dental to me and so far I'd recommend them to others.

Horrible organization. 1st time I tried Aspen Dental, it was in Grant's Pass. They had a car salesman approach to try and get you to spend as much money as possible and they have the highest prices in town. Recently, my wife made an appointment for me at their Medford location to get some urgent work done. So I went with it. First they called and said that their website isn't set up for making appointments for the type of work I needed done so they had to reschedule me out for another 2 weeks. That's fine, I'll wait a little longer. The day before my appointment, I get a message that my appointment is being cancelled due to another customer is taking priority over mine. Aspen Dental owners and management, uuuuppppp yours!!! On behalf of all customers getting screwed by your high prices and horrible service, go #@&% yourselves. You don't deserve to be in business and I hope people read this and go to your competition. I am doing exactly that!!!

Just really nice people that care, are professional and keep it real. All of them. Not once have I had a bad experience. It's been relaxing and wonderful every time.

This is the only dentist that has been able to deal with my fears. They removed my wisdom teeth with no problem. Pain is extremely minimal. I'm able to handle it with just Tylenol. I can't believe the work they do!

Called me 5 hours before my appointment to say they gave someone else my time slot after I got confirmation via text and multiple emails saying, your all set, your appointment is confirmed.

I had my first appointment this morning, and I can honestly say I don't want to go anywhere else for dental related issues from here on out. Everyone from the receptionist, xray tech, dental hygienist and then finally the dentist, we're amazing. HIGHLY recommend this office specifically, they will treat you right!!

They were great super friendly, very informative and helpful!! I went to a competitor 2 days prior never even was seen by dentist and was quoted thousands more than Aspen Dental to do the same work!

Can't say this enough if you want good care please go to Aspen, I've been going here since 2018, best care ever, I'm a chicken when it comes to the dentist the WHOLE STAFF makes you comfortable and I really think they care!!!!!
