Had a great experience here! I had to be out at a specific time for work, and they managed to keep me moving right along so that I was able to do a full exam and squeeze in a cleaning in just 75 minutes. I normally hate X-rays, but Gigi was so competent and efficient (and kind and funny) that it went quickly and painlessly. Ines is a pro, and she's the first hygienist who's ever recommended that I listen to music on headphones during the cleaning (I hate all the scraping and whirring noises).

If I could give zero stars, I would. My daughter went there for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. Right from the start there were issues. About 2-3 days after the extraction she experienced extreme pain and swelling. We brought her back to the office to be check on and they looked at her for about 30 seconds and told her she was fine to go home. She stayed at home, unable to perform the simplest tasks because of the extreme pain. We called the office and they told her to "keep doing what she was doing". We took her to urgent care who put her on another antibiotic and told us to see an emergency dentist asap. Eight days after her extraction and still in extreme pain we saw a new dentist who was horrified to see the swelling and also saw that they left her with exposed bone. Aspen dental didnt even provide her with the medicated mouthwash that is typical to send home after the procedure. We had the emergency dentist send over paper work to Aspen Dental manger, Brian Roe, so that they knew about the situation. I talked to him about being compensated for the procedure because she lost wages, not being able to work, and we had to pay for the new dentist to correct the work they did. He told me he would get back to us and never did. Also, in the mail yesterday, we received a new bill from Aspen Dental saying we owe them another $400 and change for the procedure. Outstanding service guys.

INES the Hygenist was the best I have ever had in my 60 years. She made sure she protected me from harm by numbing my receding gums before applying metal to my sensitive teeth. She was very knowledgeable about my teeth and why they were progressing badly. I will never see another hygienist again

My wife's bridge came off her teeth in our road trip when we passing by the New Hampshire . I called the Aspen Dental customer service from the hotel and got an appointment for only 40 minutes later in Medford, Massachusetts. They did all the exams and the X- Ray right away for free. The doctor and her assistant and also all the staff involved in our issue very kind and patient. Unfortunately we didn't have enough time to stay in Boston to get the full treatment . Thank you very much to Dr Chickersal and all her wonderful assistants

Everyone is so nice at the office . The staff are very knowledgeable especially Ines she is wonderful, very gentle and thorough. She's always showing me ways to maintain my oral health as well as answering any questions I may have. She is why I keep going back!

Best place ever! the staff was amazing .very nice and professional. and I am so happy that this place offered a payment plan . I always have a hard time going to the dentist but this place makes it different for me .

This was my first dental appointment for a while. The doctor was excellent. And the assistant was also excellent. This appointment removed the fear and nervousness about going back.

The Doctors, Hygienists, and the staff are very courteous and serious about providing a good service to their customers. They take the reviews very seriously. The doctors are knowledgeable and very good in explaining any issue you might have. They put a little pressure on you to buy the prescription they recommend you to buy from them. And it is expensive! The equipments they use in the clinic appeared to be little old. But for a good and satisfied service, and for further scope of improvement (for Aspen at Medford) and for the staff's serious efforts towards better reviews, I recommend Aspen Dental at Medford.

I went in for a emergency tooth extraction and I was able to get it same day also an opportunity to get my whole mouth fixed, having my first check up they were able to see all what needed to be fixed with their great source of technology and that persuaded me to finally start my new teeth journey. I did not have any dental insurance but they offer my a great payment plan that was easy and affordable and the staff there was not judgmental, they were kind and I felt they really cared for my dental health.
