I spent about 30 minutes talking to a representative from Aspen and they reassured me over and over that they would take my DHMO plan. I showed up to my appointment that I waited 2 months for only to find out they do not accept any DHMO plans at all. Unprofessional service, bad communication. I should've trusted my dentist when they said they wouldn't rely on Aspen if their life depended on it. Do not recommend

Called in to request new service for my whole family. NOT- first I dont need to give any information just to ask a question or what insurance you except, instead got RUDE lady then hung up because I wouldnt give my name.

The team at Aspen Dental has been taking great care of my mom. She raves about Dr. Goodman and Dr. Acnuko and the entire staff and appreciates their support throughout this entire process. We absolutely recommend this practice for your dental care needs.

The entire staff was kind and professional. Dr Vaughan and his assistant were both patient and kind as well as non judgmental . For someone with very high dental anxiety due to some bad experiences elsewhere in the past, everyone was amazing. I truly appreciate being able to give my input on my care and at what pace we will achieve the outcome.

I just want to say you will not find a better dentist than Dr Vaughan, he will make you feel like a person that he truly cares about. He took the time to do a fantastic job as well as make you feel comfortable. I have never had such a great dentist. He is the BEST! You will leave a very happy person! For the first time ( in a long line of dentists in my past) I really felt great with Dr Vaughan.

Tried three times to have my teeth cleaned. 1st time: they said their computer was broken. 2nd time: they saw me but only did x rays. 3rd time: they said I didn't have an appointment. Find another dentist.

I had a dental emergency and nobody was able to help. I came here and I was crying and in pain the doctor never even came out to see me. She told the nurse she wouldn't see me because she saw someone earlier after saying no. I don't see how the building advertising says emergency walk in welcome but the doctors on duty can turn you away if they feel like it. And it was no where near closing time when I came in.

Still waiting to hear back about my procedure. The staff was friendly. Had to wait a long time but I understood they were short staff. Overall I am hopeful.

Rude, just rude!! Ask me to get there early and when I arrived the door was lock with ppl waiting outside. Front desk lady finally opens the door to only let employee in ..didnt even acknowledge the people outside!

My Visit at Aspen Dental was So Pleasant and I Felt At Home With Them DA.Valerie was such a sweetheart and she is funny I like her The Young Lady at the front desk was very Nice and Pleasant as well Overall this place is where I will Always go to get my TEETH DONE NO LIE.
