It was my first visit there and I was told to be there at 8:45 and they didn't open till 9. I got out at 10:25 after x rays and an exam . The employees and dentist were nice . I will be getting a cleaning there soon .

I was promptly greeted. I called the Union Deposit office the previous day and they had no scheduled appointments available so they made an appointment for me with the Mechanicsburg office for 9:30 the following day. The Mechanicsburg office had no appointment scheduled for me, but the receptionist told me not to worry, they would fit me in. Within 15 minutes I was taken back to a room. The Dr. who came in after nurse took information was exceptional. (the nurse listened to me as to what brought me in). My right upper bridge fell out and two front teeth are loose. The Dr. explained I had two choices, one was have my remaining six upper teeth pulled and replace with implants or have my upper teeth pulled and get upper dentures. I choose the latter. I have an appointment this Thursday to get a consult and start this process at the Union Deposit location. Also, my husband had a great experience with Aspen Dental on Union Deposit after having extensive work completed! I look forward to a positive outcome for myself!

I have tried for weeks to get ahold of someone I. The office and I've left like 4 messages over that time and never gotten a call back. I had to go in person to scheduel an appointment which is for 4:30. All good until I get a text asking me to confirm my appointment but now it's saying it's at 4. I had this happen once before. They write you an appointment card with the wrong time. You show up and they tell you that you've missed you appointment, only way you'll be seen is if you have your appointment card to prove that they made the error not you. Very disappointing.

I was seen the next day after the cap on a tooth broke off. The person that told me to come in the next day was very nice. The dentist and her assistant were Very emphatetic to my problem and took care of it.

The staff are nice, but the company is horrible. Staff turnover is crazy and they will cancel your appointment that you had to schedule 6 months to a year in advance. If you are lucky, you'll get notice of your appointment getting canceled. Sometimes, you'll find out the day you show up for your appointment.

This is the worst place having a worst customer service. Do NOT even step there. They removed my teeth and broke another one while removing, and recommended to remove that one as well. But I got it repaired in other place. They don't want to be busy with finding solutions, they just want to do the easiest for themselves. For my other teeth doctor did a root canal and put temporary feeling. They gave me a day to to a permanent feeling, but they kept rescheduling it and it took more than a month. And my temporary filling fall down of course. A pain started there and it got infected. I called them and left voicemessage 5 times, nobody called me. I walked in there and saw that there was other customer complaining abput the same thing. Anyways they told me that they are busy so they cannot return calls. But their phones are never busy when I'm there and there are maximum 3 person usually.they just sit and have snack and chit chat with each other. I argued them that my teeth is getting infected and they haven't given me the date yet. So they saw that its not good for them, they gave me a date for the next day, obviosly they squized my time to other patients' time. A doctor just came very quick (bcuz other patient was witing on the chair) and did my permanent filling. But after couple days I still felt the pain. I went to different doctor, and doctor was shocked seeing that they did a permanent filling ON THE CAVITY without cleaning it. I even have an xray on my hand showing that they did permanent filling on the cavity. I regret that I went there without reading reviews, as I see now there are a lot of terrible experiences like I had.

Everything was fine but the 2:00 pm schedule. Too many people were scheduled for that time so the waiting room was vey crowded and the wait was long

Very bad customer service. Dentists are doing job just to get money from insurance companies. they don't care about customers.

I have to admit I was nervous when I arrived and there was some craziness going on left over from a former employee and you could feel the stress as everyone worked together to fix the situation. With that being said I felt In very capable hands once the procedure began and EVERYONE was professional, courteous and thorough. I was very happy with my experience which could've been traumatic if it weren't for the experience of those who worked with me.

Repeatedly terrible experience with front desk staff. I received treatment in October 2021, and have been trying to work with Aspen Dental ever since to submit information to my insurance company, which they refuse to do. They sent my insurer blank documents instead of claims, so I sent all the information directly to the insurer myself. When I needed an itemized bill to support my claims, they claimed to email it to me on three separate occasions and never did. I had to travel in person to obtain a copy of my bill. Subsequently, I require copies of my X-rays. I was advised I could come in to pick them up. I arrived at 5:15pm last Monday (well before their advertised closing time of 7pm) to find the doors locked. They are again closed today before their advertised closing time of 6pm and preventing me from obtaining my documents. My insurer also sent Aspen Dental a letter directly requesting the X-rays, which was entirely ignored. While I have no complaints about the actual care I received, the incompetence of their administrative staff has forced me to change dental offices. My only regret is I need to continue to try and seek resolution for my October 2021 claims. As an added bonus, for one of the the two appointments I had with them before I understood what I was in for, they cancelled my appointment twice the day of on two unique occasions.

Wish I could put no stars. The first time I went they put too big of teeth in my mouth and made me look bucked tooth, they redid them and they have never fit too big fall out when trying to talk and can't hardly eat anything. Their excuse is I need to buy more dentures. I will not from them they ripped me off.

DO NOT GO HERE! They have the WORST bedside manner, service, endodontists, the list could go on and on. My sister needed a root canal and went to Aspen Dental because they were in-network. The root canal was not finished when the endodontist sent her home and told her to schedule a second appointment to complete the procedure. They didn't have openings for over 6 weeks. If they couldn't get a root canal done in one appointment, they should have let her know she needed to schedule two. A few days later, that tooth was infected and getting worse as time went on. She called their emergency number multiple times with no response. She eventually went to the ER because the infection caused the entire side of her face and neck to swell. Aspen Dental did nothing to remedy the situation, causing her to get an emergency extraction by another endodontist who could see her. Save your time, money, and health. Do not go to Aspen Dental.
