I haven't been to the dentist in probably almost 10 years. They made my experience smooth and talked to me through the entire appointment to make sure I was comfortable.

Amazing experience! Great price, helpful financing. The staff was calm, kind, and soothing. Really great experience, since it's been over 20 years since I've been able to go to a dentist. They really took their time, heard me and paid attention, and worked with me to create a viable treatment plan moving forward. Really safe and friendly environment. 100% recommend

I came into the office with my mouth and side of my jaw swollen....apparent signs of the tooth being infected. They decided to try to extract it, so they attempted to numb the surrounding areas, with no success but yet tried to extract it, this caused excruciating pain. Then i was left in the room for them to come back in to inform me they are going to try this again..... so they tried to numb for the second time, injecting and puncturing more holes in my gums... and we determined that it was still not numb, they instructed me that the infection would reduce the effectiveness of the numbing.... therfore confirming that it was infected, they attempted to extract this tooth three times! Tuneful they determined that it wasn't possible.....after sitting there in tears, in worse pain Tynan when i got there, they rushed me out the door as they said it was closing time..... first of all, why would you try to pull a tooth that's infected, and why would you attempt it three times, why would you charge me to extract the tooth, but you never did extract it, i literally had to sit in the parking lot for 30 minutes to clear the tears so i could try to drive 3 hours home, they the whole side of my head throbbed for three days...... the most horrible ace ever!

This place was so amazing. They were not judgmental at all. They were very understanding and explained things in a way I could understand. The staff here was amazing. I definitely recommend this place.

I received excellent care at my initial visit today. The entire staff did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable and well-taken-care-of. I have several things ahead of me in my dental care and I'm confident in the staff at Aspen Dental.

It was my first visit at the Mebane location and everyone was very nice. They spent a lot of time going over my care and options. Charity was very helpful in helping me find additional dental plan options to bring down the cost of all the work I needed done.

They messed up my financing with thinking I had all of my dental care taken care of with paperwork I have to back it up. So now the front area is not so friendly and helpful. I will be finding another dental practice because my mouth is all jacked up with missing teeth in the back. Dr. Cary and the back staff are real nice though.

I had not been to the dentist for a while, so I was a little nervous about going after how many years. However, the Aspen Dental staff were all VERY kind to me and made me feel comfortable even though I am very afraid of going to the dentist. The hygienist, Kayla, is super sweet and kind and addresses every concern every time I go in. When I got my fillings, both the dentist and the assistant (don't remember names) were very kind and the dentist stopped drilling immediately when I had pain and needed more numbing. He patiently waited for the extra dose to kick in and made an extra effort to ensure I was okay and not in pain. However, knocking off two stars for billing transparency. They did not make it clear about what I needed to owe and what was charged to Care Credit. My last appointment I was hit with a surprise $334 bill when the front desk attendant said the total was $178 at first. I was a little confused about the huge discrepancy when I read the receipt. If my total was $334, fine, but charging my card $334 when you said it was $178 is really not okay. I also wasn't told the follow-up appointment for my gingivitis would cost me over $100. I also barely knew what exactly they were charging me for. They also said the original $400 on my Care Credit covered half of my mouth for 5 fillings, but now it has almost doubled to over $700 for 5 fillings. I understand it was an estimate of what my insurance would cover, but obviously a very poor one. I also wish they would have been more transparent that the main dentist is not in my insurance network. I understand that is my responsibility, but it's also common courtesy to say that they are not in network when I presented my insurance card at my very first appointment. Overall, excellent and kind staff, poor billing transparency.

The all female staff was Fantastic.... Got me in and out like the champs they are. I will definitely go there for all me dental needs.
