I have never had a bad appointment with Aspen Dental. Dr. Johnson is always very pleasant and professional, as are his assistants. The office staff is always very friendly.

Made appointment and they verified they took my insurance for an emergency broken tooth. Drove 40 miles to be told, "Sorry we don't take that insurance, she must have been confused." REALLY? Wasted my time and my gas. Beyond uneducated and unprofessional.

I chose Aspen Dental not knowing what kind of service I would get. That was 6 years ago. I would not go anywhere else. The staff is outstanding and makes you feel comfortable. . I Love the work they do . Very satisfied.

I recently had my first appointment at Aspen Dental. They are very thorough and examine all teeth. They actually show you where you have problems and explain what needs done to maintain good dental health. A treatment plan is presented then you make the decisions as to what dental work is done and when. I appreciate being part of the team and not "just the patient".

The staff is great! Doc explained everything he was doing as we went along. Very pleasant nurses. They talk to you and try to make you as comfortable as possible.

I haven't been to the dentist in a few years, so my anxiety was already through the roof trying to figure out how bad my teeth were....not including walking into a new office! The staff was very professional, quick, and patient with my questions. Dr. Thompson was in no rush when seeing me, he answered all my questions and really spent a good amount of time with me. Not like most, who just walk out when they count your teeth. Thank you for a great experience!

I needed a partial - purchased said partial. Front tooth fell out of partial in 2 days. Returned - they gave me back my same janky partial - with the tooth super glued in. Had coffee - tooth fell out again. I'm so not impressed.

The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. My dental assistant answered all my questions and addressed every concern I had about making my teeth. They helped me overcome all my fears of the nightmares my previous denturist left. I was told no repeats would be found on my new dentures.

Great staff, even Rachel. I got my tooth pulled same day as the check up. X Ray tech was great with the worse part. Thanks Amy
