Worst place ever. They scheduled me for an adjustment for my partial. When I got there they said they couldn't adjust it. It was loose so I asked them to put in a soft liner. They said they couldn't. I'd just have to live with them being so loose they come out every time I are. They brought the dentist in to talk to me. When I told them I needed them adjusted or a soft liner so they'd fit better he said I was just high maintenance. What high maintenance about wanting your dentures to fit right? He said he couldn't adjust them or do a soft liner. Even though they put a soft liner in my husband's permanent dentures a year ago. When I said something to him about the money back guarantee. He refused to honor it and told me to leave the building. Worst customer service ever. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I wouldn't trust them to work on a dog. All they care about is the money. They don't stand behind their guarantee. It's a total rip off. If I could have given them zero stars I would have.

I called ahead of time to make sure Aspen dental would take my insurance. I asked THREE times if they were sure they took my particular insurance. They assured me THREE times that YES they took my insurance. We took time off work and wasted a whole day. They didn't take my type of insurance after all. No apology. Nothing. Hire new phone people. That actually listen to the questions being asked.

My husband is a patient there and being happy with everyone there I decided to be a patient and get replacement dentures. The staff is amazing but my review really goes out to Morgan. She always makes you feel comfortable and goes over and above. Very impressed with everyone there

Was in serious pain needing a root canal. They couldn't do the root canal and referred me elsewhere. Gave me a 14,000 dollar bill to fix the rest of my teeth and did nothing for my pain. Called other dental offices and they said antibiotics and pain medication would be their solution. Aspen offered to call in antibiotics that could take no less than 24 hours to work. So they were going to let me be in 10/10 pain for a day or two. Would never recommend

Dr. Caldwell fixed my broken tooth on a Saturday. He not only got me in earlier than my appointment time but it only took 30 minutes and it looks great!!

I had a very good experience it took a little bit longer to get impressions of my teeth but they were very efficient and courteous in my next appointment was set up the following week I hope everything goes well when my appointment comes up

Today was my first visit with Aspen Dental, and it was a wonderful experience. They were able to do my exam and take care of my issues in the same visit. Everyone was very nice and professional and i recieved nothing but comfort from start to finish. Thanks guys.

The staff here are seriously some of the nicest people I've ever met! I've had a few visits from basic exam to oral surgery and they have always been wonderful. Especially when I went in for the surgery, I was very stressed but they were super caring and empathetic, calming me down. Such nice people and have done great work so far. This will stay my regular "go to" for dental work.

If there was a way to post a review with No stars at all, that's what this would be. Im not going to go into into personal details but worst experience at a dental office in my life. Prices were reasonable enough but the dentist i dealt with wasn't worth the paper his degree was printed on. Unprofessional. Uncaring to any basic needs. He spent less than 15 minutes operating on me, removed one of the three teeth i was scheduled to have extracted CRACKED my bottom tooth in half (now in more pain due more damage to tooth) i told him that i still felt it (he spent more time giving me novacaine than he did explaining anything to me) got upset and left. DURING ORAL SURGERY. I'm horrified to say the least. Will never recommend this place to anyone.
