These people are a joke. I had an appointment scheduled for 6 months, then suddenly they cancelled one week before then told me they couldn't reschedule me. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to work on your teeth.

All staff members were great from front to back at my initial intake Appointment. I have deeply rooted, massive anxiety about dentists in general, but these guys had me feeling at ease in no time. I am hoping to be posting another GLOWING review in a couple of weeks

I have been scheduled 2 times at this location on a Saturday and the first time I showed up to my appointment the office was closed(note on the door-not even a call to say they had to cancel the appointment). That was January 2022, I have severe anxiety surrounding dentists and any health facility and was only recently able to work up the courage to reschedule. Was rescheduled for Oct 8 (another Saturday) been mentally preparing all week for this appointment only to get a call today to say they "don't do Saturday appointments". Please inform the main scheduling line that this office doesn't do Saturday appointments, this is extremely frustrating and discouraging for someone who is already upset.

The worst dentures ever made. 4 different set made and still never fit, gave up going back. Different denturist each time complaining about the other that made them. I purchased there most expensive set that they sell and what a mistake.

I highly recommend Aspen Dental! I had a troublesome wisdom tooth that started giving me pain and I didn't have insurance. So I called around town and asked for uninsured rates for a mouth exam. Most places were quoting me over $100 just to diagnose the issue. Aspen Dental offered a NO COST x-ray and full mouth exam for new patients! I was able to book my appointment for the next day! They even gave me a courtesy call a couple hours before the appointment to let me know that the wait me be longer than expected - which I very much appreciated because I was able to prepare by bringing something to entertain myself. The wait wasn't bad at all really and after the x-rays/exam the dentist let me know my tooth was half impacted and offered to remove it straight away if I wanted or be referred to an oral surgeon. Everyone was really thorough and super kind. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable enough to go ahead with the procedure. It was done so quickly and I've had very minimal pain since! For everything that was done, the x-rays, full mouth exam, cancer screening, impacted wisdom tooth extraction was only $381 WITHOUT insurance! I really appreciate all the staff there. They all did a fantastic job!

Came in for a cleaning which was a nightmare to schedule in the first place where they asked me to call in and confirm a second time an hour before the appointment while I was calling in to confirm the appointment. They then took a 3d scan of my mouth, which I didn't want them to do but said they had to. The hygienist did all the work and the dentist came in to try and sell me invisalign. To them I guess "I've THOUGHT about braces..." equals tack that on my bill as a surprise. Now they've offered my wife a root canal for a non-tooth infection in the mouth that I'm 99% sure would be cleared up with antibiotics. Don't touch these scammers.

Dishonest is the most polite thing I can say. I scheduled an appointment online since that is what the recording via phone said to do. When I showed up I was told that it was only an initial visit with no cleaning which is not what I expected. They had also double booked so I was there for two hours. I asked that they only provide service for what my insurance would cover. Aspen told me that they called my insurance provider and got the green light and I was covered. I now have a bill from Aspen for services that my insurance denied. A quick call to my insurance confirmed that Aspen never called or checked online for my coverage. They record each inquiry and there were none from Aspen on my account. Now of course Aspen says it is not their problem and I am responsible. Definitely will not be back since they can't seem to be trusted.

Four months and still no bottom implant One complication after another with no explanation or apology. Wish now I would have gone elsewhere. Staff is very friendly

People were very nice, very positive about helping me get my smile back. All were easy to deal with and made me feel comfortable right away. Arla was especially great to deal with. She was professional but easy to talk with and I felt welcome but not judged. Thank you for all being nice!!
