As a dental assistant I can't believe I'm having to share bad news! This was the WORST dental experience I have EVER had! Iv never had to actually see anyone for any problems concerning my teeth until today, the front desk assistant was very pleasant and so was the dental assistant, I got to the back to the back very quickly but once there I was waiting alimony an hour before being seen by the Doctor! I had explained to the assistant what was going on and then to the doctor once she got to me, I was very detailed, the basic repeated what u had said back to me as if I didn't just say it. Then she proceeded to tell me that I would have to see an surgeon, "okay that's fine, but can you help me for the time being", I have food stuck in between my tooth and gym! But she keeps saying to see a surgeon as if she couldn't flush the food out, then try to recommend me getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled! FYI if they don't bother you, you don't bother them! Now I agreed to one because that's the once that's giving me trouble, they quoted me for two extractions for close to $1800 and she kept asking about doing my others, so obviously money is more important than the pain that I'm in! ILL NEVER GO BACK! I felt like a price tag instead of a patient!

These folks have no respect for people's time. I waited an hour to be seen by someone today. The receptionist told me after waiting an hour that someone was on their way to get me to start my cleaning. But, I continued to wait for someone to show up. What I witnessed was the staff standing around talking instead of services patients. When I got tired of waiting, I left. No one should have to take leave for 2 hours for a cleaning. I will admit that the appointment time I had in my calendar was different than what they had in their system despite me logging my appointment at the same time I was making it. However, this was the second mix up with this office. I scheduled for an appointment while in their facility in May for Sept. For whatever reason, the appointment was no longer in their system when it was time for the appointment to occur. Also, when you try to call this office, the phone goes straight to voice mail during regular office hours. You leave a message and no one calls you back. No one bothered to call to apologize for the lousy service I received today. I don't know what's wrong with the processes at this dental office, but I think it's time I find somewhere else to go.

I had 2 implants put in 6 months ago for $5900 an i went back today an receive a $3550 quote.. Why did my price increase $550 dollar. When i asked i was told i could split the payment. That was my explanation.

My mom was a new patient there recently. Everything was exceptional. The woman at the front desk was well spoken and patient. The dental hygienist and the doctor walked through the plan for treatment without making her feel bad about her teeth (that is rare here in Georgia). She was able to finance what insurance didn't cover and the process was super easy. My mom is ecstatic about getting new dentures. She walked in a bit discouraged about her smile and she left feeling hopeful. This place gave her hope. I am grateful. Thank you for helping her.

Today was my 1st ever visit to Aspen Dental in McDonough GA!! From the front desk all the way up to the doctor, everyone was so kind and understanding. I was comfortable and treated like not only a patient but as a friend. Definitely keeping this office as for all my dental needs. Transferring my 15 year old here as well.

My Daughter and I was given an appt over a month ago for today 9/17/22. The appt was confirmed by text and email from messages sent by the office. Four days before the long waited appt I received a text saying it had to be rescheduled... Ok fine things happen however when I called the appt was cancelled and the lady assured me she will call me back to reschedule. I was confused to why she couldn't just reschedule it then but I accepted what she said... Well it's been three days and I still haven't got a call back to reschedule. I only gave two stars because whoever made the original appt was very nice. Other than that my first impression is disappointing. We were hoping to be new patients but I guess not. Hopefully other new patients will have a better experience.

Not a good first experience. I am in town and had a dental emergency. I booked an appointment and did a walk-in. After doing the x-ray and rescheduling for repairs, I arrived only to be told that I need to pay and reschedule. What was the purpose of scheduling and showing up the first time. I believe the billing department needs to be concise with the patient. Again, I called on a Wednesday for an emergency; walked in on Thursday for x-rays and a review; and came in again on a Tuesday to sit in the chair for an hour just to go back to the lobby to pay a bill. If it wasn't for me raising hell in the lobby, they would have requested that I come back again to repair the filling. It didn't help to see an old couple in the lobby showing up for their fifth visit to fix a problem that was reported on the first. We all heard about the company policy. Shouldn't that same policy ensure that you be clear and concise with the customer upfront instead of changing the story for each visit. No one should get the runaround like that. If the customer needs a filling, explain the policy over the phone or on the first visit. And please remove the emergency walk-in sign if it isn't honored. As a world traveler, I can see our health care system needs more work.

I had to have a extraction done at the last minute.I was calling around places just to walk in cause I had to get that tooth out.Places didn't have no time for me.I call Aspen and they had a 10:00 opening.I went and I was out of there with one less teeth,with no problem.From the front desk all the way to the doctor and everyone in between was GREAT!!!.I would definitely recommend

Everyone one was in high spirits and the staff was remarkable. I was in and out in no time. Thank you all for being so professional in your trade. The doctor was so down to earth and easy to talk to! She explained everything.

Upon arrival I was taken back ahead of schedule, specialist ask me to explain my issues and concerns, within minutes the team started working on me explaining all procedures. I was in and out within a few hours without any hesitation. Upon leaving I had my referral in hand, of coarse my payment for service recipe and appointments scheduled. Everyone one was in high spirits and the staff was remarkable. Thank you all for being so professional in your trade. The doctor was so down to earth and easy to talk to!!!!!!!

As a new patient I've never experienced such lack of empathy or compassion. I'm a working individual during the Monday through Friday hours and it's hard for me to take off from work last minute. The lack of compassion from the receptionist I will be looking for a new dental office
