Ok. I haven't been to the dentist for a cleaning in about 5 years. Bad mistake. I also had a problem with my two wisdom teeth on the left side. I've been seeing the commercial for Aspen Dental in my area so I decided to give them a call. I have to say this was one of the best calls I ever made! Everyone at the Mays Landing office was fabulous. The receptionists, Hygienist, Dentist and assistants were all so nice, explaining everything in detail. Dental work is not fun, but Aspen made this a great and even pleasurable experience. They took great care of my two issues. I needed a deep root scaling and two wisdom teeth removed. They were flawless. I'm staying with Aspen Dental for sure. It was a great experience from start to finish. They made me smile! If you've put things off, or just need a change, call Aspen Dental. The surgeon was wonderful. The office staff horrible the manager of office was awful. The arrangements were a nightmare and we would receive emails that did not even apply to us. Frustrating and the manager would talk quickly and could not get a word in. The arrangements were a mess they were going to have my husband without teeth. I asked when would lab have bridge made and I wanted surgery the day bridge was ready. Then she wasn't sure what teeth would be removed I had to tell her 3 times when teeth would be removed and she didn't know what teeth were being removed this happened 3 times very stressful and frustrating

Absolutely humiliating experience while getting X-rays done. The x-ray room was located where everyone, clients and employees, had to pass to come and go. There was no privacy in the room and I was facing the hallway so every patient and employee who walked by looked me straight in my face while while I'm choking on the x-ray mouth apparatus drooling on myself. I absolutely regret not getting up and leaving. The tech kept placing the pieces that go in my mouth on top of a cabinet where I can only imagine how many other peoples' saliva-covered items were previously placed. I told the dentist and she seemed to understand my concern but who knows if she took it to anyone. Then I told the manager who found it hilarious. Once she was done laughing she showed even less concern by attempting to explain that it would be a burden to the techs who have to go in and out of the room so often. This was after I explained that a simple curtain would give privacy and be easy for techs to get through. As I got up after my cleaning (the hygienist Olga was great by the way) I noticed all the lights were off and my hygienist and I were the only ones left in the building, which was as inconsiderate and compromising to her as it was to me. She seemed just as surprised by this as I was. I will be calling my insurance to recommend they no longer refer their clients to Aspen. Besides Olga, she's the reason for the 2nd star, the whole experience felt like the fast food equivalent of dentistry.

Excellent dental care and administrative team! Dr. Rahul Kini is incredibly kind and skillful. He is the first dentist of color that I have ever worked with. It brought me much ease and eliminated all anxiety. Mahmuda and Siy are amazing as well. Thank you!

Me and my mom's visit to aspen dental in Mays landing was great! Each and every staff member were so friendly and interactive. They answered all our questions. My mom got treatment done with Dr.Kini and he is awesome. He is the best dentist that my mom could have!! I would definitely recommend my friends/family to visit aspen dental if you have any tooth issues.

Had initial consult today. They provided a mouth cancer screening, which came up negative. Putting my mind at ease, as I'm a long term ex smoker. I got several options to replace my current full dentures. The staff was very professional & kind. They answered all my questions and gave me hope of actually having a beautiful smile some day soon.

Overwhelmingly impressed with everyone from the Mays Landing office from the front desk, hygienist, dentist to the billing person and I just walked in off the street on a Saturday morning in a lot of pain. Everyone was courteous, patient and confident. HI have already recommended this practice to several friends. I couldn't stop saying thank you enough to everyone I encountered.

Dr. Kini is a TRUE PROFESSIONAL. I am usually TERRIFIED by the dentist, but Aspen Dental has completely changed my perspective. From the courteous and friendly Front room Staff, Assistants and Dr. Kini especially, My entire experience of a Tooth extraction couldn't have gone Better!! Dr. Kini was gentle and professional, even though I was initially TERRIFIED of the idea of tooth extraction(My blood pressure was through the roof). I am healing up great and I just want to thank u all for making what might have been a Scary experience, quite painless and welcoming. I WILL BE BACK A++ IN MY BOOK

The staff at Aspen Dental is fantastic! I had my very first visit today and everyone was so courteous and welcoming. I felt completely comfortable with the doctors and the services are very affordable. They also offer financing and payment plans which is very helpful! I'm looking forward to returning for my next check up.

If I could give this office 10 stars I would. From the scheduling of the appointment to each step upon arrival - professional, kind courteous and knowledgeable. They didn't try to sell me on the most expensive options, in fact it was quite the opposite, very practical guided approach. I'll continue to review my experiences as I will have several appointments in the coming months but first impression is amazing!

My visit to Aspen Dental in Mays Landing, NJ was great. The staff could not have been more friendly starting with the front office staff. I felt very comfortable which is saying a lot going to a dentist! Olga the hygienist was amazing and explained everything in detail. She did a procedure on me, and I felt very confident in her skill set. She also went over all the home instructions and it was all written down for me. Alyssa, I believe was her name, took me back for X-rays and was so helpful, and also helped me not be so nervous. I saw Dr. Kini who was very thorough regarding my procedure options, and answered all my questions. The time this dentist and his team spends with you is like no other dentist office I've been to. Katie, the office manager, went over all the financing in detail and I left with all the information I needed. Thank you Katie! That was so important as I left knowing exactly what my procedures would cost...no hidden costs. I definitely can recommend this practice.
