Don't get me wrong the dentist that work on my teeth she did a wonderful job, she was very professional but after I got some info from her it turned out that what I really wanted did to my teeth was alignment, but instead it was told to me that I have to go see a orthodontist for that, & now I'm very upset about that info being told to me it was a whole different story when they set me up on this payment plan that will probably take me a lifetime to pay at least let it be worthwhile.

Typical bait and switch technique...After waiting 6 weeks for my appointment, which was confirmed at least six times from email, I went to the dentist today for cleaning, and I was told that the cleaning will be done when I come back for my extractions and partial fitting. I was never interested in getting any extractions whatsoever and I don't want to pull teeth out for partials... I made the appointment for a teeth cleaning, period and I never got it.

I was greeted by the receptionist and other staff behind the desk. The staff was very professional and polite. We had small conversations that ended up with everyone laughing. The Dentist and his assistant explain the procedure and after care to asking if I had any more questions. The Assistant came back into the room and asked me again if I had any answer and if so when I get home to call back to the office. My experience was a 10 overall, I was just amazed how quickly I got out of the dentist office. After I left the Dentist no problem picking up my prescription. Thanks ASPEN Dental Staff**********

Appointment was done on 10/3/2022. Everyone has a different experience. My experience was overall good. I scheduled an appointment to get my remaining 3 wisdom teeth pulled. This was my first time at Aspen. The receptionist was nice when I entered. Didn't wait long to be called. The hygienists were nice. The only problems I had was that the x-ray machine didn't work and they put me in another room and I waited for an hour. It almost seemed like they forgot about me because they kept walking in and out of my room. They appeared to be short staffed because the first hygienist who took me went to help another person while I sat for a whole hour. However they thanked me for my patience; I didn't fuss. Another assistant took my x-rays finally and then the Mr. Kakkar the dentist came in but he didn't really discuss my x-rays as I was expecting. He took a quick look and suggested Invisalign and that i discuss cost with the receptionist and started to walk out to do something else. I reminded him that was there to get teeth removed because they started causing pain. Seemed more interested in sales to me. So then the hygienst took me back to do cleaning. After I was done I had to ask if I could have my wisdoms removed and receptionist told me the cost and had me come back at 2pm. He did a great job taking them out although I wished they put me under. By the way, I wish I'd paid attention to the bill because they charged my for the electric toothbrush they gave me and had I known that I would have been charged the $135 I would have declined and went to walmart to buy the same thing for about 40 dollars less. I guess they are about sales also and not just dental. 4 out of 5 is good. Wasn't terrible but a couple things could've have been better. I will say that the hygienists there are sweet and will make sure that you are as comfortable as possible.

The experience with Aspen Dental was AMAZING. The staff and doctor was great in setting the expectations and giving me the opportunity to make the best decision to make me comfortable for achieving the best results. I look forward to working with my new dental team at Aspen Dental.

Good morning. My experiences at Aspen Dental has and continues to be a positive one. Everyone from the receptionists to the Dental assistants and the dentists have treated me with kindness and compassion. I have had painful experiences with another Aspen Dental in the past but this office truly showed me a great level of caring. Thank you.

It all started with Shonda, the DENTAL ASSISTANT, without her no one will know what to do. Very professional! Taylor, Sam & Dr. Kaysar, Andrea are not experts they are the best.. I will start with mgnmt & the front desk, so organized. Very professional. Taylor the manager, never would've guessed it, shrewd professional! Never in my entire life I'VE got a shot or shots that I didn't feel. Not once did I feel any pain, Andrea THE BEST! Very pleased with their treatment and services. I look forward to my next visit! Great job!

I waited over a hour for them to tell me something I already knew, and they did not even clean my teeth. I do not get why they would schedule my appointment if the hygienist was not there. They also took wayyyyyy more xrays than I've ever had taken in my life at a dentist's office. Not really a fan of Aspen at all. That was my first time giving them a try too.

Dr. Brandon Mark did an excellent job with my extraction. I didn't feel a thing, and the dental assistant was very caring as well.
