Everyone was great. However my insurance was out of network and I had to pay $165 for one two fixed traction I just think that was a little expensive and with the pain I was in and I paid it

So I was going there for a partial supposedly covered by my insurance. The day a go told dentist not covered by my insurance because he's temporary? Price went from 700 to 3100 but Aspen is in my network?

I'm terrified of the dentist and this crew did an amazing job at making me feel at ease and comfortable. Especially Lisa. I don't think I would have made it through without her!

Please don't waste your money on dentures. I paid $5000 for upper and lower dentures. They gave me a huge underbite, I can't even eat sandwiches unless I bite it from the side. Absolutely terrible.

Did a terrible job they fix a cavity it falls out 2 days later. Then they fix it charge me again it falls out. Start sending me bills saying my insurance will not cover it because of the frequent visits. The visits are frequent because you are terrible at your job. Paid them off to so they leave me alone. Enjoy my money terrible people. I have receipts screw you.

Had a great experience. The staff were friendly. The ex ray tech was very considerate with my discomfort using the mouth piece. Took her time to make it as painless as she could. The Doctor informed me of my x ray findings and what the plan if care would be. Billing department also took the time to explain how future appointments would be scheduled and the cost. Over all very pleased with Aspen Dental

Incompetence. Have gone to 5 appointments and every doctor has told me different things. Last appointment I was argued with over an obvious infection. Avoid if you have anything remotely complex.

I would give zero stars if I could, I went here because they said i was covered for my 2 times a year cleanings plus xrays but they charged me as a out of network when they said it would be covered according to their estimates. I would have been better off with no insurance because they claim "Free Exam & X-Ray for New Patients with No Insurance" The Delta Dental website shows this Aspen Dental office has 2 Dentist onsite that accept Delta Dental but after receiving the bills for over $3000 I asked them why was me and my family not seen by either of these Dentist, I was told they dont even work there anymore. Beware they lied to me just to get my money and then tried to deny it! Also known as bait and switch. I am still trying to get credit through Delta Dental, which probably wont happen because Aspen pulled a fast one. I have never seen bills this high with my insurance coverage. I normally only paid my deductible for normal care. I dont know how Aspen thinks they can get away with this. Beware!!!!!!

People were nice but the worst experience I ever had at any dental office,just proves the cheapest price isn't always a good experience. I made several unnecessary trips back and forth they never did get it right had to have repairs in a short amount of time and now broke again all in less then 7 months, very poor quality, Unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Super great experience! I had an infected wisdom tooth, and they were able to get me in that day for an emergency extraction, since I had gotten xrays there a few months back (which were free without insurance!). They don't accept my insurance, and I didn't pass the credit check for payment plans, but they were still able to work something out for me so that I wouldn't be completely screwed! I'd never had a tooth extracted before, so I started crying from anxiety when they went to numb me, and everyone was super nice and comforting. The nurse held my hand and talked me through it, joked with me to help distract me, and just made an anxious situation so much better!!! Even with them not accepting my insurance, I'm going to try to find a way to be able to go there for my future teeth work, because they honestly are so wonderful! Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

My weight wasn't long they were very professional and courtous even though I have to go to Massillon instead of Canton Aspen Dental arrived home contacted Aspen Dental in Canton to locate a oral surgeon for my dental procedure. Looking forward to getting the procedure done
