When in today for a tooth extraction in massapequa went very well they put my mind at ease I need extensive dental work but rest assure they are very professional and make your visit painless as possible and they work with you as far as a payment plan goes. Thanks Aspen!!

The nicest people! They actually make you feel like you can do it! They help you stay calm and NO JUDGEMENT!! I was terrified and ashamed of my teeth, they have made me feel awesome and excited about going through all the work I have to go through to have a smile again.

I have not been to a dentist for many many years, now of course mafor dental work is required. I was very apprehensive before my visit to Aspendental. But having visited for the first time the experience was wonderful, staff is awesome, and the proceedure went far better than I expected. My upcoming appointments are now not as intimidating as my first. Thank you Aspen, if dentists were like this when i was younger I would not be in my present situation,looking at replacement teeth

I was there for my 93 years old mom she was suffering from pain When I called them they said to make an appointment and if it is emergency you can walk in we will see you so I took her there and they kept us waiting and told us they can't see us

Good place, clean, x-rays done in detail, all was good except the dentist. The dentist was too quick to determine nothing was wrong with my teeth, although my entire right jaw was in pain. So I went to a different dentist for a second opinion and had three root canals done!! Now my pain is gone!! Need to get more experienced dentists.

Definitely NOT a place with affordable prices, in fact their prices are INSANE. Almost $8000 for a root canal and a new crown. They advertise "arch of dentures start at $299 but after a consult, the price we were told was over $18,000! For dentures, not even veneers or implants! Yes, the staff is very pleasant and professional but this is probably the most expensive dental place we had checked so far. At least they give a free consult and x-rays for new possible patients without dental health insurance.

I can't say I've had one single good experience here, most recently a filling I got done a few months ago fell out and when I called to have it replaced, the earliest they could get me in was 5 days later. That's absolutely ridiculous, any other dentist would see a patient immediately for that. A fallen out filling means the tooth is exposed and can cause further problems the longer it's left untreated. They claim they're "overbooked,"....why? Learn how to book properly. Don't waste your time here, I can only imagine if you had any other kind of emergency how long they would make you wait.

I couldn't have taken my dental emergency to a better place. I thought my head was going to explode last night (literally 5/3/2022). I found Aspen Dental on Google for dental emergencies. They got me in early early this morning. The energy Dan carried at the front desk was awesome and that energy carried out throughout my entire visit. Everyone was super helpful and informative. I saw Dr. DeLeon. She is amazing amazing!! Definitely will be going back and recommending this place to literally everyone!!

There isn't enough front desk staff I had to stand and wait for someone to help me which was about 10 mins maybe more all I need was a tooth extraction and it turned into 2, the oral surgeon was very polite and apologetic b.u.t the experience was HORRIBLE she stuck me in my gums multiple times because it took her over a half an hour to get my tooth out, after 35 40 mins still got some of the tooth still there and then she started on my other tooth it was so uncomfortable I have a sore jaw after the fact because my head was not held in the right position because the assistant smelled like she forgot to put on deodorant, it was just a bad experience and I WONT BE BACK

Extremely nervous walking through the door knowing that I either need dentures or implants your staff is extremely polite and well learned dentures are gonna be the way for me I left they are committed to Aspen dental I've not had the procedure as of yet but within about a month month and a half this will be done aspen dental not only took a panic situation for meAnd turned it into something I have to do and are less nervous to do. Thank you Aspen dental I would recommend them to anybody especially my family

Very nice people and office. But their prices are absolutely ridiculous. $25,000-$34,000 for three teeth. This is the same amount I paid for my new Honda CR-V. The price on their website is nothing but a come-on to get you to come to the office. Everything is priced a la carte

My dentist of 40 years retired, and this was my first visit to Aspen Dental of Massapequa, so I was somewhat anxious. From start to finish, it couldn't have been a better experience. Aside from how nice and caring each team member was, each part of my exam went smoothly and seamlessly from one person to the next. I completely understood my care plan, and what comes next. I look forward to my next appointment!

The Dentist was Very Nice but The Office Manager Needs to Educate Herself on False Advertising and Promises made by The Dentist.I Had an Extraction and The Tooth Next to It Was Cracked During The Extraction. I Then Found Out She is NOT An Oral Surgeon! Coperate is Useless As They Are Independently Owned. I Was Told I Would Receive A Free Exam and XRays on My Return Visit. Then After Sitting in The Chair I was Told It Would Be $240. There is A Giant Sign in The Window Saying Such and Also Says $170 if Not Eligible. I Would Not Have Wasted My Gas or Morning Going Back Had Someone Told Me This. I Was Told That They Would Do The Complimentary Exam and XRays on My Return Visit Due to Time Constraints. I Don't Appreciate Being Lied To. Such Terrible Customer Service. I Know I Needed About $8000 Dollars Worth of Care. So Did The Dentist. Very Sully to Lose That Business and The 3 Other I Referred. Of Course U Called Them After Yhis to DVISE A Different Place. The Oral Surgeon I Saw Today Advised The Tooth Next to It Should Have Not Been Affected By The Extraction. Complaint has Been Filed With The BBB and Consumer Affairs. Bad Business. Buyer Beware.
