A bit of a wait time but overall a good time, and great services. My teeth be clean.

I called on Monday for an emergency appointment, they scheduled me for 9am on Tuesday. I arrived about 8:30am on Tuesday, but whomever answers the phone and made the appointment did not put it on their records. Receptionist Said they could see me in November, very nonchalant, no thank you. If they can't write down an appointment, I certainly don't want them working in my mouth.

This place is terrible. I went to an Aspen dental in another state and it was great this one I can never get an appointment. I think I've been trying for six months just for an appointment. I'll make an appointment a month or two out and they cancel it it's happened twice. they don't answer the phone they don't return messages. I give up

So I paid for a crown 4 months ago and have been to the office multiple times and they always have an excuse as to why my crown has not been made. They keep canceling my appointments saying they don't have a provider and then when they reschedule the appointment they call the day before to say they have to reschedule Again because they have no provider! I had an appointment on January 10th where they replaced the temporary crown and promised my permanent crown would be done for my February 10th appointment and they would finally fill my cavity and fit me for my permanent crown....but guess what????..no provider and no crown so they rescheduled for that Saturday. Then they called back and said oh we can't do Saturday bc your crown is Still Not in and we have NO provider to fill your cavity!!!! Then I get home from work today to find this letter in the mail that if I don't follow through with my treatment plan they will charge me!!! Are you serious? I paid $550 dollars toward a $1200 treatment plan to fix 3 teeth and I have yet to receive any of the products or service that I prepaid! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED. I REALLY JUST WANT WHAT I PAID FOR AND AM SO UPSET THAT YOU SENT ME A THREAT TO CHARGE ME WHEN YOUR BUSINESS IS THE REASON I HAVE NOT COMPLETED MY TREATMENT!!!!

I was only able to make an appointment months away, and the day before my appointment I got a call to reschedule. The dentist went out on medical leave and didn't choose a temporary doctor. I can only assume that Aspen Dental doesn't want my business. I will go elsewhere. Beware.

I give them a 1 for answering the phone. I have been dealing with a broken off tooth and in major pain, crying and all begging them to take me in and they said they couldnt, not even look at it. Saturday came and I was there at 7:40 to be one of the 1st walk in, and was told it was veterans weekend and they couldnt see me at all.. I have been calling them for 3 days. Then they said we can see you in march 2022. Freaking joke.. all this place is, is a fancy building. Ridiculous.. sad they cant help people In pain. Just sad..

I am terribly afraid of dentists. I have been since childhood. I probably had some bad dentists which led to this fear. I wish I had found Aspen Dental sooner. Aspen Dental were wonderful. They put me at ease, and truly have a gentle touch. Thank you.

Not happy with Aspen Dental. Beware Senior Citizens! Please make sure that the dental work performed is covered in your insurance plan. They will do all the dental work that you must pay for first before having what is covered and paid by your dental plan. I will Never Go Back to Aspen Dental Ever Again. To me this was a Scam, PERIOD!

So...Monday was my third appt at Aspen Dental & I couldn't have asked for a more compassionate dental facility. I'm disabled with Stage IV Lung Disease so this has put me in a wheelchair & on oxygen 24/7. Once the office staff recognized my condition, they went above & beyond making sure I was comfortable. My Insurance is changing & Rachel was wonderful in letting me know what to possibly expect regarding coverage. Just like before, this visit was supposed to be for a Denture Consultation but between the time the appt was made & now I've had a tooth develop an infection & the Dentist, Dr. Lena Levesque, DDS was able to assess the problem & prescribe an antibiotic to clear up any infection. The Denture Consult was rescheduled until a later date. Again, Compassion and Consideration for me was all that mattered in their eyes. Needless to say I think I've found my new Dentist in town. Hands Down, Aspen is the Best and I've lived here my whole life (50+ years) so this says alot about how they do business. Thank goodness Aspen Dental chose Martinsburg to set up a location!
