Very nice office. Everyone was very nice and explained all procedures in detail. Kept asking if i had any questions. I have several more appointments. Very nervous but know I am in good hands!

Very good visit, staff is great at explaining everything and gentle with your teeth, dentist is honest and talks to you with understanding!

I went here 3 yrs ago and loved it. I went during covid and got slapped with a $300.00 extraction. They talked about taking all my teeth for dentures, so I got a 2nd opinion. I still have half my teeth.

Really treated well from start to finish. Everything was explained, and they even gave me paperwork Explaining everything from procedure to billing. They even pined the paperwork to my jacket so it would make it home to my wife!!

The dentist and dental hygienist were very rude and disrespectful to my wife. It sounds like your building needs some training on how to appropriately talk with the public. We won't be coming back. Not to mention it seems like you try and charge for unnecessary things.

Would not recommend this office to my enemy. Charged us for things not done as they said. The bill was ridiculously high and they did not care about our concerns and questions.

Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Each member of the staff I have dealt with has been very knowledgeable and helpful and will try their best to do what I needed. They even spoiled me, just a little!!marshalltown Aspen dental is the spot to go for any and all dental needs!!
