At first I gave a good rating but I should have waited on making that rating. I will never again go to Aspen Dental in Marshall, TX. I had THE worst experience and they let me suffer afterwards. I had a molar pulled and ended up with a dry socket and an she caused the tooth next to it to abscess. They did not allow me my free post op appointment. They wanted $170 to see me. I went 19 days straight in the most horrendous pain. Spend your money elsewhere! I would never recommend this dentist. I wish I could give it negative stars. I redact my first review.

I had the most professional treatment at Aspen Dental. Ida and staff scheduled all of my appointments with with a caring attitude. My treatment was was excellent and I highly recommend Aspen Dental.

I went for a filing that came out. First they said they might can replace filing. Then wanted to do cleaning first, then do a crown. I called back and they refused to try and fill it. Just after your money.

This was my first visit to Aspen in Marshall Texas. I was excited to see how well organized and professional each of your staff members were while I was at my appointment. All my needs were taken care of. The staff was very careful and protective during these COVID-19 challenges that made me feel safe. Thank you!

Arrived 15 minutes early as requested for a 1:30 only to find a sign on the door saying they're out until 1:30. Please do not request a patient come early if you're closed.

Went in for a basic annual cleaning. Cost me $206 for x-rays to be told it was going to cost another $600+ for the cleaning. I should have known better than to go to a corporate dental facility. They are more salesman than medical help.

The dentist was rude, never checked my teeth or mouth to see if I had an abscessed tooth. I'll take my dental care to someone else.

From the minute that you walk in the door, the entire staff is polite and helpful. The dentist, Dr. Gaskin is professional, patient, knowledgeable, kind, and excited to help you with whatever is causing you harm. On this last visit, Dr. Kunduru did my implants and extractions with no pain. This is great because I had a fear of dentist until now. Now, I'm on my way to a healthy mouth that will lead me to a healthy life. Thank you Dr. Kesi Gaskin, Dr. Kunduru, and the Staff at Aspen Dental in Marshall, TX.

Dentist and attendant were wonderful! However It took way too many calls to their office to get an appointment and even after X-rays it took over a week to get in even though my husband had a horrible tooth ache. Overall everyone was nice but the receptionist or scheduler wasn't taking care of business. They also offer help to non insured and have lower costs but a quote to pull a tooth and do deep cleaning which was over. 2000.00. No option was given to pay except 60% down when scheduled and balance due when procedures done. To me that isn't helping anyone. It puts us as well as others in a financial bind. Most would have to walk out. So much for free exam and X-rays. It's covered after final charge is quoted.
