DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH. I'll be posting the paperwork of a lawsuit in two weeks regarding the complete negligence and malpractice this company has committed. Ant judge or jury will clearly see how reprehensible and careless this place has been and not only me but to many customers as they admitted when I recorded my last talk in person trying to reason with them. Keep watch for the video as well. But concerning this company the price for pain and suffering along with total incompetence will finally restore faith in the judicial system and make aspen finally pay up for allowing this level of incompetence

Just had my first ever fillings done here, and the staff and doctor were amazing! They were constantly checking in to see how I was doing, and made sure I knew what to expect in the couple days after regarding any small amounts of pain or tenderness after the procedure (having one's jaw open for about two hours can make it sore). When I noticed a rough spot in a hard to reach area, they made sure to polish it off to make sure it wasn't uncomfortable anymore! I'm definitely confident with the team here to do the rest of my dental work that I need after so many years of not seeing a dentist.

My crown fell out. Haven't been in in a while, but i went in and they helped me out right away. Great, friendly staff. Definitely recommend

Dr O stayed the course to complete a long procedure. Very pleased with his attention to detail and correctness. Involved me in the decision making process.

Waited 2 weeks for my appointment and then when I got there they told me they were closing early and didn't have time to see me. Wasted 2 gallons of gas and 1 hour of my time for nothing. Inconsiderate and unprofessional!

Friendly and efficient employees. Explained everything I asked concerning the fact that I'm going to Ohio and will continue my appointments there. If it takes a longer time, I will be back in about 3 weeks. Glad I could work this out since my trip has been planned a long time.

Ive been to a dentist once when I was a child and never went back. They scare me! A few years ago however I lost part of my tooth. It was fine, until a few days ago. I couldnt get the pain to go away. And it was SEVERE pain. I gathered my courage and started calling around. NO ONE in Marquette County would see me for an emergency. I was told to avoid Aspin! But they were all I had left to call. First thing I noticed was the lady who did my appointment. She was very sweet, and understanding. (I actually got laughed at by some of the others.) Imagine that while in severe pain. She got me in that day. Afraid, but in so much pain, I wasnt sure what to expect. THE ENTIRE STAFF were understanding, kind, took care of me with kid gloves. (Im almost 40!) They made me feel safe, didnt push anything extra on me. Doc took one look and said it had to come out. "It'll be quick" he says. I was scared, but they assured me I had this. Told me what to expect. And even held my hand. By the time it was over, (and it was quick.) I immediately felt better. ALL of you are my tooth angels!! Thank you, for taking such great care of me. I dont know how some people had bad experiences, I didn't, not even a little! You were there for me during a very vulnerable time. But you didnt take advantage of me, and you exceeded my expectations. I am so grateful for each and everyone of you. Even while you were busy...non of you lowered your kindness or your positive attitude. I will definitely come back, (Im still hoping never...haha!) But the way you handled me, your sweet kindness. I will never forget. Im recovering well, with a little pain. But nothing like it was before I came! All of you are top notch, amazing, wonderful people! Thank you all so much! I honestly dont know what I would have done without you. -Forever grateful, Anita

My husband and I both had appointments on the same day, at this office they did as they promised x-rays and exam for no charge. The after care here is were it all went bad, my husband has had a transplant the dentist said he was high risk and referred my husband to a specialist in the area... when my husband went to make an appointment with the referred office it was no longer in practice . Okay maybe not there problem.. I had a follow up appointment for some dental work, the office called and rescheduled due to an emergency with the dentist... okay... Another appointment was made I traveled 90 miles on a snowy day for this appointment only to find out the office was closed due to a busted pipe... Okay! A phone call would have been nice but I guess what I'm the most upset about is that I still have not heard anything from this office to rescheduled my appointment and the office has been reopened Guess I'm moving on to a dentist that appreciates there patients.

My new patient appointment was filled with X-rays, a 360 scan, and 3D imaging of my mouth. The staff was friendly and gentle except for one gentleman who said, "you look bored" while I was waiting in the exam room. I did have to wait a while for the doctor at the end but he was worth it, he was professional and was friendly. I would have given 5 stars if the staff had informed me more about what they were doing and why. I had to ask a lot of questions. I felt satisfied enough to schedule a cleaning.

Big upgrade at the front desk. Young person is now friendly and welcoming. Quality care, but appointments get shuffled a lot for some reason, Otherwise it would be a 5 star

This is the BEST dentist I have ever visited. They are warm and welcoming. They make sure you are comfortable in the office and with the work that will be done. I had stage 3 cervical cancer did chemo and radiation my teeth took a big hit. They made sure I could smile again and feel good about it.

I had an appointment to get a very painful wisdom tooth looked at. I had my appointment confirmed and everything. Showed up to a dark office and only one car in the parking lot but still decided to wait. Called and left a message. Waited some more. Knocked on the door. Called again, no answer. Two other patients showed up. I waited 45 minutes and I randomly was able to catch the lab tech that came out to his car. He said he THINKS they're closed because of a covid case over the weekend. I understand covid needs to be taken seriously but WHY WOULDNT YOU CALL YOUR PATIENTS TO TELL THEM?? But instead let them take time from their day and time off work to be there and wait for nothing! So awful. Now I need to wait days again with a throbbing tooth to get it looked at by another dentist. I do hope whoever got sick feels better but I am very disappointed. I'm sure all the other patients who had to wait in the parking lot for nothing and find out the same thing can agree.

I went to Aspen dental because my own dentist left me in pain with a tooth and said there was nothing he could do and that I would have to go see an endodontist and pay everything out of pocket because the endodontist isn't in network with delta dental and I couldn't get in for quite a while and that meant more pain. So I called Aspen dental and they got me in right away. I didn't know what to expect being a new patient but everyone was very nice and helpful. The dentist that I saw was amazing he found there was a crack in the tooth in front of the one that was hurting and said there was probably more than one thing causing my problem. He was right I needed a crown on one and the other one needed to be pulled. My dentist that I had been seeing for years in my opinion was no help at all, this dentist knew me for 10 minutes and took care of everything. It is only fair to say at one point I was in such pain with my tooth I told him to pull it. He said he wasn't sure it was that tooth that needed pulling but possibly the other one. I argued with him trying to get him to pull it but he told me wait until I get my crown on that tooth and then maybe you'll feel that the pain is coming from somewhere else. Thank god I listened to him he was exactly right my crowned tooth was fine and the one behind it needed to get pulled. All I can say is I will be going back to Aspen Dental everyone there is nice, friendly, and they truly want you to feel better. Best dental experience I've ever had they were great.
