This office is phenomenal! They were so caring and made my visit so comfortable and made sure I understood everything and had the best price. I would recommend this office to everyone you will not regret your decision.

Went here for a second opinion basically and I was exporeing my options trying to find a good dentist for me. They did a thorough job taking X-rays and examing my teeth. But on the downside they scared me while telling me everything that was wrong with my teeth and how I needed to have my wisdom teeth out. I am aware of what needs done but there's a calmer way and gentler way to explain to patients what's going on with their teeth. Also when it was time to sit down and look at prices everything was way over priced since my insurance is only CareSource. But who wants to get a loan and make payments for years? Just on teeth? When fillings aren't permanent if u need more work done then you'll have to pay it off even longer. If I'm gonna get a loan and make payments it better be on a car or a house at least. I don't think I'll be going back.

I went in for impressions. Experience was amazing. I had Kayla & Maycie. These girls were exceptional. Very polite and professional. If I could rate higher than a 5 star I would. Most definitely recommend.

I live in Mt Gilead, and I'm sure Mt Gilead is the poorest County, North of Columbus. Alot of people's started moving here after our economy went south, and alot came after the covid. But I feel it's a shame that Aspen Dental still refuses to Medicare Medicaid after all these years. I'm sure that they would have alot more business if they did. There's only one Dentist here and they also refuse to except them too. There's only one other Dentist, and it's at the clinic and it takes over a month to get there, because there's only one Dentist that only comes here once a week. If my car would make it I would drive to Marion, to Comfort Dental to get the rest of my teeth pulled, but I'm barely putting around town. Every time I drive to Drug Mart to pick up my scripts, I say a prayer that I make it there and back without breaking down. I feel like I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. I just don't know what I'm going to do. I not only need desperately to get my teeth pulled, and also needing a car. When your disabled what's a person suppose to do, I don't have a choice but to wait. It's a shame about Comfort Dental, it's ok to get your teeth pulled there, but not for dentures. There dentures looks so terrible bad, so I don't know what I'm going to do when I get to that point. Frankly I'm worried sick.

Be careful. You may go into this experience expecting it to go one way and having it not quite turn out that way. I work in Marion and my regular dentist is closer to where I live. In June of 22 I decided to give Aspen a try and try to squeeze in a cleaning. I hadn't been to the dentist since some time in 2020. Appointments are schedule with a central office and not with the actual dentist office. I asked for an exam/cleaning. Went to the appointment and got x-rays taken and was examined by a dentist. I was given a laundry list of fillings that needed re-drilled and replaced (money grab). I was already aware of only one molar that needs some work. The dentist let me know that no hygenist? was on site so I was not able to have my teeth polished and cleaned, like I requested. What kind of dentist office does not have someone that can clean teeth? Couldn't the dentist have done it??!!! That was the first problem I had. Second, I met with a manager who proceeded to go over treatment plans with me. He came up with several hundred dollars of stuff they wanted to do. He explained that my appointment would be covered by Aspen because I was a new patient. Wrong!!! Aspen took my insurance and turned in the claim which created more problems for me later. I was not very happy due to all the things they claimed needed done and the fact that I did not get what I came in for, a simple cleaning. I left very disappointed. I was able to get into my regular dentist (off a cancellation of another patient) a few weeks later and had them run x-rays. Of course, they checked my teeth, cleaned them (thank you!) and said that nothing was wrong, other than the molar we were already monitoring. Since I was under the impression that Aspen was not turning in my appointment. My insurance only covers one x-ray per year. I had to pay my regular dentist out of pocket for the x-ray a month later when I got a surprise bill. My problem is this 1. I did not get what I requested at my appointment which caused me to have to see someone else and 2. I was told that my appointment would not be turned in to insurance. I would never have had a second x-ray taken if Aspen had done their job. Plus, Aspen made me panic by telling me things I needed done which I didn't really need. I tried to call a number and spoke to someone who said they would talk to the office manager to try to resolve things. Well, this didn't happen either. The office manager did call me, claims he left a voicemail (he didn't) and then he emailed me. I replied to the email and let him know I was unhappy. He or anyone at Aspen did not attempt to resolve it. I would like a full refund for my appointment since I wasted so much time for nothing!!! Save yourself the time and trouble and find a family practice to go to the dentist. This kind of place is just looking to take your money and not do what you ask for.

I had a tooth ach weekend of July 1st called several dental places in my are to see about getting it pulled so contacted aspen dental got in on Tuesday thinking I'd get it pulled did not happen took x-rays and exam the tooth and made me an appointment week later to get it pulled so with in that time frame I had to deal with the tooth ach that shoul have been took care of from the first appointment not happy with that but other thin that it's out the doctor did a good job

So for the frist visit it went great. was greeted kindy and got checked in. x-ray tech seemed kinda robotic but was nice. Doc checked over my x-rays and month gave me a whole list of teeth that needed to be addressed. As I knew there would be. Then the office manager sat down with me to go over the brake down of my care plan. Helped me out with options. On how to pay as I didnt have insurance. Cant wait to return To get these teeth fixed.!!!!!!

They were very kind, and helpful. They reassured me that they could fix what needed fixed (bad fillings). I also don't have insurance, they helped me set up affordable payment plans.

Called in to get an emergency tooth pull and i go in and its just an exam, they have 1 doctor and the rest is run by a salesman who tried to sell me 300 dollars to pull a tooth causing extreme pain but id have to wait a week. A DOCTORS OFFICE SHOULD NOT HAVE SALESMAN!! its a tooth not a car

I missed my first appointment, call back and I got it few days after. The place it's neat. Their equipment are top of the line. The Staff very nice and professional and the best part, is the price very razonable. I got a good discount as a first time patient. The budget was very reasonable with the discounts. My time frame of waiting was acceptable. I had some bad feedback from this place, but I had already made my appointment and I said I will tried to see. They have new staff I will see how the work is done and I will give you my experiences. So far so good by now.

Everyone was very friendly and also very informative. Would definitely recommend. Updating because I've been back a couple more times. Dr Liao is great and kept me comfortable the entire time. His assistant, I believe her name was Kayla, was also very nice and helped explain the process. 10 out 10 when definitely recommend!!
