Called for a emergency appointment could not get in for 2 weeks. They state they are a emergency dentist office. Was referred to Dr. Fedrickson in carbondale and was seen within 1hr after I called.

Wonderful team. Very thoughtful, polite, professional, with a little bit of comedy to ease the setting. The dentist was very informative, and gentle. Went in for a tooth I've had problems out of for a decade, after having it filled multiple times by other dentists, I just asked for it to be pulled. They made sure I didn't feel a thing and numbed me well before pulling. I finally felt relief when numbing kicked in. I would definitely recommend anyone here. Thank you soo much for making my mouth comfortable again. Tooth pain is the worst pain I've experienced, and y'all made it as painless as possible. I went in yesterday for an emergency visit, and was not a current patient. Due to closing early they referred me back 1st thing this morning I made it there around 8:30am and was out before 10:30. Was in pain maybe 30minutes upon being there but they took care of all of it. Forever thankful for wonderful compassionate people in the oral care field.

Imagine being told you need a root canal and paying 120$ for an X-ray. Gave me a referral and sent me on my way. Didn't even try to help me.

Great staff reasonable prices. This has been the best experience I've ever had in a dentist office. I love the staff they're the bomb! They get to know you personally and genuinely care about your smile and health. Everyone is is so nice ,caring and understanding. I have the most beautiful smile ever!!! Thanks guy's I won't go anywhere else and recommend to anyone. THEY ARE THE BEST

I've been here a few times now... each time has been so easy and the staff extremely friendly!! My most recent appointment really set it in stone! A couple employees really stuck out for me! I had to have an upper palate guard made for a surgery I was having. The lady that handled the scan for the guard was so friendly and professional and honestly helped me feel at ease about the upcoming surgery even though it had NOTHING to do with Aspen, she was just being sweet and kind!! I believe her name was Ciera... but I could be mistaken!! The next employee was Thelma... when the guard came in she realized it wasn't right and didn't cover the palate like needed... she contacted me immediately and set up an appointment right away for me to come in for a new mold and guard. She made sure it was done in time for my surgery and I can't thank her enough for that! I will forever recommend Aspen!

Staff was so friendly!! I needed to get in quickly for an appointment and they were so accommodating. Sarah the assistant was so kind and put me at ease. The front desk, Thelma and the other staff were all understanding and nice when I needed to make my appointment quickly. Thank you all :)

Exceptionally accommodating, were able to see me for a chipped tooth as a walk in and fill it on the spot. They did make it clear beforehand that when making the appointment there was no guarantees it could be fixed that day.

I had a crown prep done and the temporary crown fell off on Saturday. I had to basically tell them I was coming in within 15 minutes because they didn't want to wait on me before they closed for the day in 20 minutes. It didn't feel like the dentist put it on right, as it was bothersome and didn't feel even with my other teeth, even though it was the first time. I had throbbing pain throughout the weekend and it fell off again today. When I called back to see what could be done, I was basically told that unless I was in excruciating pain, too bad, they didn't have space. I think I'll be looking for another dentist.

Sarah was my dental assistant and she was absolutely amazing. I've never had service like that. I told her my needs and the dentist made them happen! I was so pleased with my visit.

I made my husband an appt because he had a cracked tooth and dealing with severe pain they said they would take care of him. But only took x Ray's and looked at his gums told him he needed an expensive procedure and would take care of the cracked tooth 3 weeks later

It took over 3 months for my dad to get his partial plate and it still isn't right. If he bites down on one side the other side comes up and vise versa. He has been back 3 times to have them worked on and they're still not right. $1800.00 later and he still doesn't have teeth he can use.
