Hygienist very nice and thoroughly explained everything. She was also extremely apologetic when my 40 minute drive each way and vacation day was wasted. The dentist is new and insurance participation hasn't been completed yet. I refused to pay out of pocket for something that is covered at 100%.

Everyone here is friendly, very nice environment, they always make me feel comfortable and welcome, and Alicia is the best hygienist. She is so friendly and professional, she clearly explains exactly what she's doing every step, and makes me feel so comfortable. It's like getting a little mouth massage. I leave with my teeth looking and feeling SO great!!

Very poor experience!! Had teeth taken out in jan my temporary dentures never fit correctly and learned to gumm my food. Went yesterday to gey impressions for permanent set and all they tried to do was upsell me .thank god I'll never need a dentist for a tooth problem again they wpuld probably try and suggest a morr expensive procedures i don't need. Have to go another month and a half without teeth.

Bad experience. I been up for 2 days with severe severe tooth pain my jaw was swollen. Made an appt and Was told I could be seen as an emergency walk in. So I drove 30 miles only to be turned down like nothing. And told nothing could be fine for me.

Great first visit. Staff was very professional, friendly and thorough. Enjoyed Dr Swing, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist office

Best Dental services facility I have ever been to. Dentist seems very knowledgeable and helpful with a plan that has been working great to correct some past dental work I had done a few years ago.

Staff kind and understanding of people in pain Dentist is competent, good humoured, compassionate , and pulled 2 of my teeth with nothing but mild discomfort when novocain was administered. Over all very good experience. Which means alot coming from me because I havent had many good dental visit experiences. Also business office manager is a gem.

The staff is very friendly, which made my first visit pleasant. I really like Dr. Swing's personality. She explained well the things that need attention now, and she gave me a plan on how to proactively address dental needs before I retire, while I still have dental insurance. But not only did she inspired confidence as a dentist and a professional, her personableness and interaction wasn't mere politeness, or seem scripted to make a good impression for Aspen Dental.

I've never dealt with more incompetent people in my life. First they over charged me $1089 more than what I owed after figuring in what my insurance would pay. The next visit they once again said I owed another large amount that I don't recall. After receiving almost $800 back and leaving over $300 on my account to pay for my last service, they proceeded to tell me I still owed $1089. On one visit they needed to do a mold of my mouth and we're going to use some device that actually takes a picture of your mouth, after about 20 minutes of having the tech gouging my mouth with the probe, I had to stop her. I ended up with sores in my mouth from her negligence. After that visit she said my appliance would be ready in 2 weeks and made me an appointment. She said that sometimes the lab has been running late and they'll call and reschedule if it doesn't come in on time. I never received a call, showed up for my appointment, checked in. Waited 25 minutes for them to tell me the appliance didn't come in. When I got home they called and said it was there and wanted to know if I wanted to come back. I live 20 minutes away. Frustrating!!! Needless to say I won't be going back. I wouldn't have returned after the first visit had they not made me pay for everything up front, I just wanted to get what I had paid for done and get out of there. If you go here, watch your receipts very very carefully. They asked for more money on almost every visit.

All staff are friendly and warm. Everything done and planned was well explained. I appreciated knowing how much of the cost my insurance would cover and what my share would be up front. I highly recommend this dental services provider!

I was in need of a cleaning so I decided to take advantage of their new patient promotion for a free exam and x-rays. It was very efficient service. Seemed like they all worked really well together. They were even able to fit me in for a cleaning right away after the exam. Win win.

I TRIED TO SEND THIS MESSAGE TO THEM ON THEIR WED SITE, BUT IT WOULDN'T GO THOUGH My wife (76). went in to get an evaluation and was told she needed a deep cleaning. She has not had any problems, (no bleeding, tenderness or visual abscesses ). They indicated they would not clean her teeth without the deep cleaning. I told them she didn't want or need the procedure, but had continual pressure to add it to the list of things she needed done. I am pulling her out of Aspen Dental for this reason. I have done my research and this is the most over used procedure in dentistry. Don

Needed a tooth extracted as was infected and in pain. They were able to get me in right away. Although it wasn't a easy extraction due to pain and infection they were able to remove it. They were very patient and informative during the process. Would recommend this place.
