Staff have all been amazing, visits are quick and efficient, affordable finance option for implants that 5 years ago I couldn't even come close to touching. Overall great experience so far and excited to feel good about myself again.

I recently visited this office looking to set up service as a new patient. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, one of the best dental experiences I have had. I would definitely recommend them for your dental needs.

The bill mill, I made a "emergency" appointment they advertise online on a Sunday for Monday morning, for a abscess tooth that was swelled the size of a golf ball. Before they started the exam I asked if the actual work can be done that day. This immediately offended a nurse and she told me to sit in another room while she got her manager. They kept explaining things I already knew that I needed a exam before any work and I told them thats fine. I just need relief and my throat was getting sore from the infection. Then the doctor comes in and doesn't know anything thats going on and says we can do the procedures if theres time. Asked me if I wanted to reschedule.. like what?? Reccommended the emergeny room for the swelling.. Very confrontational like they have had issues like this often. I instantly felt like I could not trust the doctor from the way he was talking and did not care at all about my situation but only on how I was going to be billed, Beware!

My first visit ever. Was greeted with so much warmth by all whom I met today. Was impressed how everything was explained in such terms I could easily understand. I'm on a journey requiring much work so I'm very glad I picked this Aspen office. So friendly yet professional at the same time.

Please change someone with a clear mind to work at the front desk!! In the face of their negligence, they can still maintain a tough attitude towards you. This is how they serve their guests. Terrible!!

I've been an Aspen Dental patient for a few months now and both of my experiences have been great. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is warm and comfortable. Not only that, but they are very thorough and make sure they give you the best care available. I recommend Aspen Dental to those who are looking for a friendly and extremely helpful experience.

For those who either hate dentist or afraid. I would say this is the place to go. Friendly,caring and listens to you. GENTLE, soft touch, and most of all they were great to me. I had to remove a tooth that was terrible to remove.

Yes the staff is good and friendly but after your pay up front and they have your money good luck trying to get your dentures adjusted You'll get a jacked around with a pathetic apology. Good luck eating!
