I am TERRIFIED of Dentists. Thats why my teeth are in such bad shape. I walked in..the front end staff were cheerful..treated me well without being condescending..made me feel like great! Then..I faced the Dentist. Within 15 minutes I was more than relaxed..He never made me feel bad about my teeth, he understood my fear..and talked about the treatment plan. I couldn't be more relaxed about it now. I am looking forward to completing my treatment with this guy!! I am thrilled with the Aspen Dental folks in Manitowoc Wisconsin!

Was a good visit today. Finally a dentist that worked on me until he was done!! Usually the dentist works on me for 10-15 minutes then leaves for about an half hour then comes back to finish.

Be careful of identity theft with these guys. Called to make an appointment with whom I and spoke with the receptionist whom by her heavy accent must have resided in Nigeria. She misprounced the names of cities so I assume she's never been to Wisconsin,let alone work at the office I called. When setting up the appointment she asked all my confidential information and proceeded to make an appointment that includes free exam and x-rays and a twenty percent discount for the cleaning I was supposed to have done. The day before the appointment another receptionist called to remind me of my cleaning and told me I would have to pay $30 for my exam and x-rays and I would have to make a sperate appointment for my cleaning. She then asked if I still wanted to keep the appointment. Really? Sounded like she was too busy and was trying to dissuade me from getting the service I called and made appointment for. Who does that? Sheboygan Aspen. If you guys cannot even be on the same page and you do not have the same protocol for service and charges, why would anyone trust you with their teeth. Highly unprofessional. Mismanaged corporate dentistry. This is the kind of place where they lose your charts and possibly give you the wrong service. I feel frustrated I had to give the Nigerian receptionist all my confidential information including s.s. number only for them to call the day before and ask what type of service I wanted. What was the point? I will never go here for their subpar dentistry where they make you feel like by them having to do their jobs is an inconvenience. Go elsewhere. Update:: again you can see the substandard service you will receive with corporate dentistry. The owner replied to my comment by stating he would relay the message to the office in Manitowoc? Did you even read my comment? It was for Sheboygan not Manitowoc. What a joke. I would never trust you with my oral health. I wouldn't hire you to work at McDonald's let alone a dentist office. You can't even get the office correct. Go ahead tell the Manitowoc office lmao. Pathetic. Horrible experience. Maybe try a new career

They helped me out with my dentures today and did a wonderful job. Great dentist and assistant. RED RED WINE!!! That is one happy dentist nice job in singing also. Thanks for everything you did

Very good experience. Kari Meinnert, the hygienist, was thoughtful and accommodating. The office manager was friendly and explained all financing options. This particular staff, I highly recommend.

They know trips to the dentist suck and they make it better.
