I was very satisfied with the help and kindness from all the staff! Michelle was super cleaning my teeth. She made me very comfortable and and at ease. Dr Wildman ? Was very kind and very patient with me. Overall I bet happy I came to your group!!!!!!

Lauren is the best hygienist I have ever been to and I am 68 years old. My husband thinks she is great too. She really cares and is excellent at the periodontal cleanings.

From the first phone call. To our first visit where we interacted with the woman at the front desk, to the young lady who did our x-rays to the hygienist the dentist and the financial manager. We can't say enough about how comfortable we were. Everyone there was professional, friendly and knowledgeable in their individual field. We would recommend this dentist office 100 percent.

Avoid this dentist. They attempt to sell you on costly procedures you don't even need. Longer version of the review: I moved to the area and was looking to establish my routine dental care. Aspen was in my network and had good reviews overall, so I made my new patient cleaning appointment (Spring 2022). At my appointment, I had Xrays taken and an exam (no cleaning) and was then lead to an office where I was walked through my 'treatment plan' ....which included procedures for cleaning totaling over $1K AFTER issurance. I politely declined saying that is out of my price range and that I would just like to set up my routine 6 month cleanings which are covered as preventative under a standard dental plan. At this point the office lady brings back the Dentist (Heidi I believe)....who becomes abrasive in her manner (prob because I was questioning her recommendation) and tells me she can not provide me care if I don't agree to this. Discussion continues for a few minutes - I bring up that I have a right to decline procedures and since I've never had this recommended from a previous dentist (I go to my cleanings every six months, very limited teeth issues in my history) I need time to look into the recommendations and plan for the expense in my budget. Finally, she agrees to provide me some other advanced cleaning for ONLY $700 out of pocket. At this point, I realize this office is just trying to make money and doesn't care about patient care....so I nod and leave. Found another dentist in town with great reviews....upon initial cleaning and exam - no recommendation for these crazy costly procedures. Moral of the story - get a second opinion on anything Aspen recommends. Or better yet, just go to a different dental office in town and avoid Aspen and their scam tactics all together!

I scheduled an appointment for my mother, Pauline Whitcraft, for a tooth extraction. We arrived at 10 am for a 10:15 am appointment; was finally called in at 10 45 am. Once in and X-rays taken, was advised that the extraction would be $349 (paid $200/tooth just 6 months ago at an LBI dental office). Took 3 hours for a procedure that normally takes less than an hour and then was told that prescriptions were called in at CVS in Ship Bottom for antibiotics and ibuprofen. Arrived at CVS in Ship Bottom and told that no such prescriptions were ordered. Called Aspen and left a message that they had failed to do what I was told had been done. Got a call back from Aspen; asked what time the prescriptions had been ordered and was informed the order went in on 7/28 (note that the date of this fiasco was 7/18) and the time was 5 18 (this time has not yet come, since it was still early afternoon). When I questioned the date and time, I was told that this is what was shown on the digital record. I have NO confidence in such a medical establishment that is so disorganized and chaotic in its procedures that its employees can't accomplish simple tasks. Horribly disappointing. No excuse for such incompetence.

I was hesitant to go to a chain dental office and I'm happy I did! It was by far the most thorough dental exam I've ever had! The office staff was amazing, the hygienists, assistants, and dentist were all top notch! They provided customer service that far exceeded my expectations! Do not hesitate!

The staff was so caring and very friendly as well as both dentists I saw during my visit . Even though I'm a chicken they did so well with trying to make me feel as comfortable as possible. I will never go to another dentist.

Great experience! Everyone knew their stuff& made be feel comfortable with my procedure. I'll never be scared of the Dentist again. I'm looking forward to getting my dentures in the near future.

I have just moved to South Jersey about a month again I was in very bad, painful pain I would definitely recommend this place to anyone the receptionist, and the doctor were excellent, sweet and very patience
