I am so beyond happy to be done with this awful dentist office!! I had nothing but billing issues with this dentist office and I have 2 insurances! I was asked to pay ahead and wait for a refund! I was promised I'd get the outcome I'd want with Invisalign. I was told that just so they could get money out of me! After going through over 9 weeks of treatment and noticing the teeth I wanted shifted were not moving, I asked and then was told they couldn't do that. Yet promised me beforehand. Tried to make a final appointment to pick up my final retainers and they didn't have it in the day of the appointment so it was canceled. They never called to follow up when it was received. I called months later to pick it up, I was told they sent it back because it had been too long. So instead of calling me asking me to come in they just send it back?! I will never recommend this place to anybody and thankfully my new dentist office is going to fit me for a new final retainer.

Periodontal cleanings here are $1500+ due to the clinic adding on "arestin" like crazy, called had 2 other opinions from other clinics that do not charge anywhere near this much for the cleaning and confirmed Aspen only cares about the money and told me I need arestin when I don't. Also tried to sneak on a $140 toothbrush and $40 toothpaste onto my bill. $40 toothpaste is $10 at other clinics. This place is beyond sketchy and the staff is so unprofessional and does not care about anything.

I had a great experience with Aspen Dental. They extracted all my upper teeth and replaced it with a denture. The procedure went well and this morning most of the bleeding has subsided and I was able to take the denture out, wash my mouth with saline water, brush my lower teeth, and drink cream of wheat for breakfast. My denture is back in my mouth and no pain. All the staff and the dentist were wonderful. Thank you all and may God bless all of you. I'll see you on Tuesday at 3:30.

AVOID!!! This particular dental office has cancelled on me two appointments in a row (they will schedule you for months out, and then cancel on you 1 week before giving you a single time window to come in "Can you come in today in one hour"). They are not accommodating to their customers schedules and the service is horrible.

Made my follow up appointment after getting teeth all pulled on July 11th drove a hour to the east side of Madison 45 miles walk in and was being told my appointment was cancelled...and I'm like you couldn't call me? I was very mad and upset. Then she asks if I would like to reschedule and I'm like duh. So just had my appointment today the 27th at 3:00 walk in and was told it'd be a few minutes so he decided to go through the paperwork and get everything in order did that and then it was 3:11 when I went back to the waiting room...at 3:30 started to get upset so went to the desk and said I have a 3oclock appointment and it is now 3:30! So he went to check on things came and said she was taking care of a new patient...and I said I'm patient with a 3oclock appointment what about me? And I walked out good way to lose patients. Either somebody doesn't know how to do scheduling!!!!

Unbelievable!!! My husband has some facial swelling along with dental pain that keeps him up at night. The soonest they could get him in is mid August!!!! I'm a retired registered nurse and I know that it's dangerous to let a dental infection go without treatment.

Absolutely wonderful! I have had a couple emergency situations that were dealt with quickly and painlessly! Everyone there is amazing and I highly recommend them to everyone I can! Thanks for the help!

Had an urgent situation with an infected tooth that another dentist referred me to the oral surgeon for. They were two months out and I couldn't wait. The Aspen team got me scheduled quickly after a couple days of antibiotics and Dr. Teske had the skills necessary to remove the tooth in minutes, it took me longer filling out my new patient paperwork than it did for her to yank out my tooth. Every staff member was very professional and caring, especially the dental assistant Kayla G. Highly recommend this team and will now be using them as my primary dentist.

I had a first time appointment at 3pm, got there at 2:30 they said at least 15 minutes early. When we came in we were not greeted, so we sat. We could hear people in back, I called out. No one came out, husband called out. No one came out even though we could hear people in back! Is this the way to treat a first time patient with anxiety? WOW. We left at 3pm and will never be back. When I finally got ahold of someone they said the lunch hour was 2-3pm, then why schedule a new patient at 3pm and tell them to come in 15mins early!

What a fantastic dental office. They did every thing as promised on time and no bump in price. I would recommend aspen dental to every one.
