When i first went to them i had a abscessed tooth the first dentist i saw gave me antibiotics and told me that he wanted to pull the tooth. I was okay with that. A week before my extraction appointment i paid $274 for my extraction. I went in there today and was numbed...after i was number another dentist came and asked if i wanted to save the tooth and started discussing other procedures i need done AFTER THE FACT THAT HE NUMBED ME. He told me to talk to their consultant about other procedures so when i went i told her i paid for an extraction for today. She said "The 274 is gonna go towards whatever else you have done" I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I had a very good experience. Dr. Bowers is very professional direct' specific' and meticulous. He gas a very charismatic aura about him. He's patient' listen' and has a sense of humor. The rest of the staff is very fourteous ' nice ' friendly ' caring and professional. I would recommend Aspen to anyone' almost painless experience.

This facility will not properly treat your dental health. They are more interested in over the top services and overly aggressive plans that they will be happy to finance. Don't be mislead by false five star reviews.

Wish I could rate this place less than 1. Their billing practices are not up to industry standard and have cost me hours many times having to fix their mistakes. Additionally I left with stitches in the back of my throat after what should have been a routine filling. The dentist was not paying attention and cut me in my throat with the drill which resulted in me having to get stitches. They also continue to mess up my husbands billing resulting in claims getting denied AT THEIR FAULT. Please never never use this dentist!!

5 stars! If I could give 10 I would! I brought my 7 year old in today for a (what I thought to be an emergency) check up. Their office is more for adults but they still seen my child. They made us both very comfortable and we shared lots of laughs & smiles! They took X-rays, explained to my child & I both what was going on & even gave her a cleaning! Thank you guys so much for treating us so kind! We were helped by the manager, Joanna, the Doctor, Mr. Bowser, the assistant, Ashley, & the hygienist, Shelly. Thank you so much!

Let me tell you about my experience at the Madison (Rivergate), TN Aspen Dental. One of my teeth were hurting so bad & I am terrified of dentists! I went in for my appointment found out I had an infection & needed a root canal, I was somewhat FREAKING OUT, crying especially when I heard root canal. The office manager Joanna Crolli sat down with me, talked with me, went over the plan for my mouth. She was so understanding to my freaking out. So I had to wait a couple weeks for root canal due to the infection but when the day came & I walked in Joanna greeted me by name & encouraged me that all will be ok! Dr. Block did the root canal He amazed me. No pain & quick! I came out smiling. About a month went by & guess what another cracked tooth & lot more pain meant another root canal was needed. Joanna & I talked, I paid for & scheduled root canal, but something was eating at me so I called Joanna & she refunded my money immediately & we came up with another plan. Since it was a far back tooth, it was best to just pull it. We scheduled it for the next week, but I couldn't take the pain, called & Joanna got me in right after I called her. She goes way above & beyond to make us patients feel comfortable. She is the BEST! Highly recommend this Aspen Dental because all the staff are just awesome!

Got in same day with a dental emergency, they treated me very well, and told me exactly what work needs to be done. Didn't try to oversell anything, very positive experience; as positive as a dentist visit can be. Very friendly staff, who took care of everything I needed.
