Ms.Juanita Assistant office manager at Aspen Dental gave me excellent service. She went out of her way to help me and I thank God for Ms.Juanita. The staff was amazing too. Thank you!

The front desk girl was extremely rude I seen her roll her eyes at us when my boyfriend asked for the total and said he would pay the full balance I had to get my impressions done and the lady was nice and got it done quickly. On the paper it states a denture will be done in three days and unfortunately that's just not true it's more like a.month. one of the reason I went to this place is because I could get my denture done faster

First visit to Aspen Dental this morning and I encountered the most professional staff along with Dr. Pickard even though it was on a Monday morning. I felt encouraged all throughout the visit and was glad a treatment plan was approved at the end. I can't wait to get started.

Aspen was on my list of providers from my insurance. I registered online. I got emails + texts about my impending initial visit. The staff were helping & inviting. My consultation came with a detailed plan of action & payment options. Seeing a dentist can be intimidating simply from the anticipated pain & cost. Aspen & the staff made it as painless as it can be. All things considered. I forgot to mention, I agreed to the plan of action & have been treated for a series of multiple procedures that includes a tooth removal. Dr. Ran & the assistants have been exceptional. We even share laughs in between procedures, because what else can you do? Got to see the bright side of things. I cannot leave out Beth & the office staff for making my paperwork "more" painless than the dental work. Lol.

I researched Aspen first and liked all of the services they offered and the reviews and decided to try them.i made appointments for my husband and me.ourfirst visit today was Aplus from start to finish! All of the staff in the office was friendly, even if they weren't working with us. They explained and outlined everything related to our treatment plans. I was just impressed and satisfied. I pray my future experiences are the same. I recommend them to anyone needing a full service dental program. Sandra Bryant

The only reason there is a 1 star rating is because Beth and Dr. Ram are so amazing. My procedure was done May 19. It is now Aug 29. I've called corporate twice with complaints. The denture does not fit, my mouth co stand has pressure from it, ulcers from it, and I just can not eat anything with it in my mouth unless it's liquid, I can't even sick a drink out of a straw. I've been in this office almost weekly sometimes even twice in 1 day. Beth has done what she can do to make it comfortable to no avail. I will not recommend or be returning. Aspen has a 100% money back guarantee if you're not satisfied with your denture... yet, I've said it twice I want a refund and I'll go elsewhere. I've never had an issue with my top plate.

This is the absolute worst dentist office in Macon !!! Please do not waste your time! I tried contacting them every week for months to get in touch with a manager because they charged my credit card account for money and I hadn't even gotten the procedure done! They are honestly scam artists. When I finally got in touch with a manager she was very rude and unprofessional and told me that the doctors had already charged everything out and there was nothing that could be done even though I didn't get the procedure and I have dental insurance as well !!! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE !!!!

Went there for dentures. First ones they made wouldn't fit at all and they spent 2 hours trying to adjust them to make fit. Which they still did not fit . Only cut my mouth up because they kept putting them in and out.Now they made second ones that fit so so but they are paper thin in area's on the top plate. And they are clear in places not even pink like they should be. I just wasted my money there because I'm sure within 6 months I'll have to go somewhere else and have them remade. I will never recommend them to anyone !!!

The staff was very nice and friendly. I came in for an emergency extraction and I got it did the same day. I was so happy because I been waiting for months for an appointment from my previous dentist office and I went right into aspen and got everything did the same day

Dr Limchoa is excellent. I probably misspelled her name but she is an excellent dentist. Very thorough, intelligent and kind. Staff also does a great job.
