the easiest medical/dental experience i've ever had. came in for a next-day emergency appointment and was promptly assisted by the front desk, the dental assistant, and then the dentist. everyone was so kind & took away the scary aspect of going to the dentist. i'm so appreciative for the kindness the staff showed me through the whole experience, & want to say a special thank you to alicia in particular!

Was able to get an appointment next day for abscess. Entire staff was great through every phase of the visit. Dr. hall was amazing. I feel so much better and looking forward to the next few visits. Thank you so much.

The staff is friendly and service completed is hit or miss. They constantly have new doctors so it's really hard to get comfortable with quality of work. My biggest issue with them is their horrible record keeping and follow up. Too many times I've gone to an appt and the staff isn't expecting me, they're asking me questions about the stage of treatment we're in, and I've been on an invisalign treatment where each readjustment takes months to receive and Aspen doesn't provide any updates. I had to call for 2 weeks, left messages with no return, before I could get through. I referred 3 others and we are all leaving. Once invisalign is complete I'll be moving on

Everyone was fantastic. I had an emergency broken tooth and they fit me in to take care of it immediately. Everyone carefully explained what they were doing. It's lifesaving.

What can I say? Well I went in to Aspen Dental for a problem. I drove to the Macedonia location due to them being able to schedule me the same day. As soon as a I walked in the receptionist greeted me and was so kind. The beginning process was easy and pain free. Then the dental assistant called me back to get X-rays. He was very polite and fast. I had a few more staff members come in to talk with me and they were great as well. Dr. Hall was the last to come in. She was aware that I have dental anxiety. She was patient, kind and explained everything to me. She talked to me as though I was a person. I was scheduled to come back in a couple days to get the problem taken care of. 2 days later, I showed up for my appointment and the same dental assistant took me back. I was anxious and he told me to just relax and all would be okay. Dr. Hall came in and began working. She was awesome once again. Not to mention that she was gentle knowing I was in pain. Her dental assistant made sure that I was okay as well. Dr. Hall and her staff showed phenomenal chair side manners. I will be going back for future work. Thank you Aspen Dental (Macedonia), Dr. Hall and staff!

Broke my top denture. Called them and explained the situation to them.They told me to come right in and an hour later it was fixed and I was on my way. It was one of the most pleasant visits I have ever had anywhere.

Dr. DePolo was fantastic. As a physician myself, I highly recommend him. Fastest tooth fix I've ever had, and a perfect result. Incredibly skilled. 5 stars

Had the BEST experience! From the receptionist, the X-rays, the Dr, to collecting payment. I felt like I knew them for years! Made me feel so comfortable, especially being pregnant! First time I've never felt pain at the dentist! So helpful and thoughtful there!

My experience at the Streetsboro Aspen Dental has been a very pleasant one. The staff is very friendly and very efficient. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. He put me at ease. It was a pain free Experience . I highly recommend Streetsboro Aspen Dental for all your dental needs.

The staff at Aspen in Macedonia is wonderful. From the moment I walked in the staff was warm and welcoming. I've had a few appointments over the last few weeks and every interaction was enjoyable. From the front desk and management, to the doctors and procedures... everything has been as perfect as I can ask for.
