Wasn't sure what to expect with a doc in the box type of dentist, but I was in pain and needed to be seen quickly. I found the staff to be friendly and professional and Dr. Chan did an excellent job and communicated well throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Aspen.

Very friendly and welcoming. They repaired my dads missing tooth from his dentures quickly. We were very satisfied.

Before today I would've recommended this office to people but now I change my rating to poor and very unprofessional. I am a handicap retired US Army Veteran I had a scheduled appointment Tuesday 16 August 2022. Once I arrived at my appointment I told the receptionist that I also had a concern about tooth bonding which has broken off since the dentist applied it approximately eight months ago. The manager came over to assist me with a dentist appointment she told me that I could come back that day for an appointment with the dentist at 4 pm. The service was horrible at the Lutz office. I was scheduled for a maintenance cleaning. The hygienists that Normally clean my teeth wasn't there so they had a temp to fill in. I noticed right away that the hygienist were hurting my gums which other hygienists never have done before. The hygienist told me if I feel any discomfort to let her know. I tried to bare with the pain as she continued with no comfort from her cleaning method the pain she was causing was now overwhelming. she asked me to reschedule with someone else. The hygienist became upset once I told her that I would like to schedule my appointment with another hygienist. She said she was upset because she couldn't do her job. I told her I would allow her to clean my teeth if she was more attentive to my concern. I spoke with the office manager and they scheduled me with another hygienist with an appointment being 15 days later. The office manager told me to return later that day at 4 pm to the dentist. I arrived at 3:50 PM and I was took to a room to have Xrays. I explained to the hygienists that I didn't need Xray I just needed the dentist to fix my broken bonding. She told me that the dentist needs to see an Xray before seeing me. I asked her was there a cost and she told me it was cost $61 for the Xray. I told her that I was not told anything about taking an Xray and I already paid the manager that schedule me earlier today. The hygienist told me she would be right back the office manager came into the room and she said that she thought she told me about the Xray but she said she would not charge me. after the Xray I was told to go to an examination room where I sat there for over an hour and half without anyone checking on me. I have Crohn's disease so I couldn't bare to waist any longer. As I drove away I called that same office which was recorded by my auto dash cam. The office receptionist told me that she didn't think I should come back to that office and I should seek dental care elsewhere. These people are so very unprofessional. I called Aspen dental customer complaint customer service. The receptionist took my information and told me that the area manager that is over the Lutz Aspen dental location will be calling me later that day. I have not received a call from anyone about my concern. I filled a complaint with Florida Department of Health and the Tampa better business bureau. Please find somewhere to go because these people will treat you probably worst than they treated me.

I'm so thankful for Dr. Chan and his team at this Aspen Dental location. I was so wonderfully cared for every step of the way in getting my new smile and I'm so grateful! Dr. Chan is extremely skilled and truly cares for his patients and so does everyone else! Thank you all for putting a smile on my face and fixing my broken spirit along the way too!

This location is the best dentist I've ever seen. Dr Matthew is amazing. He helped calm my anxiety while getting a tooth pulled and he made me feel very comfortable. This was my 3rd time going to see him and I have since sent my friend and her son there to have work done and she says the same things I do. I've been told bad stories about Aspen Dental and its just those locations cause this specific one is amazing. I can't say enough good things. As someone who is petrified of the dentist and avoids all care from one this says a lot. I never leave reviews but I had to this time. Thank you Dr.Matthew. !!!!

Suppose. To be there to fix a tooth I spent two hours and they never did anything I'm coming back in two days..will see.

I went in for two root canals thinking it was going to be a pretty painful and long procedure and the Endodontist Reham El-Hennawey was literally the best! She was actually able to finish both within like an hour and was super quick with them! The first one I felt a bit of pressure but the second one I felt absolutely nothing. She's so sweet and makes you feel super comfortable! If you know you're gonna need a root canal please do yourself a favor and see her! :)

From beginning to end the service was superb. The staff was respectful, kind , patient and was overall professional. The Dr explained what he was doing, and that made a world of difference to me. Thank you, Aspen Dental Staff!

I had scheduled an appt and I informed the receptionist that I had braces and asked her do I need to have the wires off she said no and that she has already for the approval from the dentist for me to be seen with them. I then came in and spoke to the office manager about the situation she apologized but she did nothing. I asked her for the corporate number so I can put in a complaint on the employee and she said "no because that complaint would fall back on us" never again will I waste my time to come to this establishment that one employee ruined it for the whole company for me.

There's a whole article out about aspen buying fake reviews and I believe it. They are dishonest and have no morals and do bad dental work. Stay AWAY from any aspen dental no matter what state or city, they all operate the same

Simple kindness on a denture repair for a friend. In and out in a few hours. Same day service no matter where those dentures came from. Affordabledentures.com needs to correct their advertising. They were a horrible experience. Thank you to the staff and Dr Chan.

They waste your time and try to up-sell you. It took them about a month before calling me back. DEFINITELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!

Since Our first visit, Aspens has created itself a name for my family choice when we need take care of our dental! All workers are so friendly that makes my nervous come down each times I visited there ! Thanks all

When attempting to make a return appointment the receptionist was extremely rude when presented with common requests, such as "Monday, 3 weeks from now". Will be finding a new location that provides the basic customer service expected, considering I watched her interact with other customers in the same reactive tone before my appointment as well.
