Very unprofessional. I had to call my insurance company several times. The young lady at the front desk said that my insurance had been terminated AFTER I had made the appointment 10 minutes before my appointment time therefore, they couldn't see me. I was en route to their office almost there! I had to call my insurance company 3 times in which they stated that my insurance WAS active and I indeed had FULL coverage! The front desk clerk told me to reschedule and that she would see what she can do!? I rescheduled and I called about 3 days later to see if they had gottened my insurance verified. She became confrontational in her conversation over the phone and AGAIN stated that she couldn't see where I was covered, but THIS time I had my advocate on the other end to hear the conversation and yes, they were aware that she was on the line as well. I wouldn't recommend them to even LOOK in someone's mouth to do ANY kind of dental work, let alone DO any kind of work!!!!!!!

I have bad dental anxiety. The team at Aspen Dental are wonderful. They made me feel relaxed and the environment is very welcoming. Katie is a wonderful assistant with a loving bedside manner. Dr Knox is the best!! After she finally got me numb( it takes a LOT), she had that broken tooth out in seconds and I didn't even feel it. Victoria was wonderful in working to fix a problem with my insurance. I definitely recommend Aspen Dental in Lufkin TX !! The whole team is great!

Rude staff.....heavily indoctrinated w/ covid garbage! Spouse must leave building completely! False advertising for new patients, no insurance- free x-rays or 20% off- just more garbage to get you through the door and upcharge - zero ethics at this location!

My Visit was a Blessing Because I was having a lot of pain with my Teeth in my mouth. So now I want to take this time to tell the team @ Aspen Dental that I Appreciate Their warm and Courageous Job they performed on today. I want to Thank Aspen Dental Team again.

All back don't want to talk about my dental health here but I will say they are charging 2x more they 2 other dentist's that I went to so stay away from this place way way way to much $$$

I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Knox today for a tooth extraction, truly everyone I came into contact with today was extremely friendly and helpful. River was beside me the entire time & assuring me it wouldn't hurt too bad (I'm a big baby with needles & my mouth). Dr. Knox was very gentle and very nice the entire time. Laura was extremely helpful when it came to my insurance & making sure we knew what was covered. I will always recommend Aspen Dental.

Aspen dental really helped me out when I needed it the most. I had a really infected tooth that was in SEIOUS pain and they took care of it with a bridge. Super nice staff and very attentive doctors helped me with my issue. Laura was very helpful in helping me with my financial needs as well. 5 out of 5 for sure.

This dentist is not a family dentist. If you have children under 13, do not even try to use this dental office. They will reject your children. The wait time is ridiculous and the first visit takes well over an hour. Not recommended.

This place is nice, quiet and the staff all are very nice. Dr. Xavier and Emily were so gentle and caring to my pain. Brisa is another great friendly person I met today. They are all very customer oriented. Thank you all. Lisa Bowman

I was greeted when I walked in the staff quickly accessed and processed my appointment throughly, I was in their for less than an hour for my extraction I highly recommend aspen dental will not regret thanks again doctor Knox!!??

Trash they set up a appointment then would never answer the phone or even call back to finish getting everything ready I would go to a hole in the wall dentist before u use aspen again

After using their online system to book our appointments, and entering birthdays for all three kids, we planned to go this morning for my 8 yr old. I get a text this morning about making sure to arrive 15 min early. We get inside and learn that they don't even take kids under 13. Complete waste of time. Why have an online booking system that asks for birthdays and verifies everything if YOU DONT TAKE KIDS anyway?! And the front desk person just said, "we tried to call you." Probably going to cancel our adult appointments too, bc I don't even want to deal with them.

They were absolutely amazing, and got me out of pain quickly! Dr.xavier and her assistant were kind and caring and made sure I was completely comfortable the entire time with my dental surgery. I will definitely be back and will be switching my family to Aspen as well!

The building is spotless, staffing is exceptional and very well versed in procedures and confidentiality. Prices are what you'd expect with Sate of the Art Imaging equipment; but it's worth it. Dr Knox is unbelievable with her ease and knowledge of painless procedural processes. Emily the Dental Assistant is spot on with her care during procedures, so you don't need to worry about a thing. Laura, the procedures and financial planner, for clients, is very good at explaining the different options available to cover costs. I left the place in a better mood than I started with.
