I had been traumatized from a previous dentist, Dr. Johnson, and this place has eased me back into comfort with a dentist. They were really nice and affordable prices. But the biggest thing was they took precious care of my tooth that was very sensitive to any thing. They understood me and treated me like a human being not just another dollar bill.

Very professional. I had some work done at another place and had been in severe pain for 3 weeks after the procedure, even after going back 3 times. ASPEN saw how much I was hurting and put me on some antibiotics and gave me something for pain. I actually got a decent amount of sleep last night. They have a plan for treatment and I am hopeful it will put this behind me.

The receptionist was very polite. Also the technician I was so pleased with the way she took the x-rays and was so polite the doctor with this the cleaning of the teeth came in he was very nice and gentle very good explaining everything Dr. Explained everything to me so I knew what I needed. The financial lady was so helpful . I'm so thankful I found Aspen Dental . I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Stay away from this place. How does a place set you up for a tooth extraction then when you get there they tell you no we going to do other stuff we can't extract your tooth cause no one is here to do this procedure on you. Well why would you set me up for an appt for this.

Everyone was polite, caring, and non-judgemental of this ol' lady that's terrified of ALL dental procedures. By the time my visit was finished, I had a care plan, financial arrangements, and 3 appointments (compatible with my schedule) made. Thanks to the kind caring folks at Aspen Dental!

I made an emergency type appointment for my husband at 8 pm over the phone. Went in at 7 am to be told they don't do any of emergency walk ins because they are understaffed.

The entire staff was very welcoming and sweet. Very kind and I loved my dentist! He talked me through everything, made me feel very comfortable, and I could tell he really wanted to help me.

Now for two appointments in a row, I confirmed with an email, and then when it's time for my appointment they said I needed to verbally confirm with a phone call they send out the day before. BOTH times I checked my call history and I had absolutely ZERO phone calls from them. So whoever is supposed to be sending out phone calls for the confirmation, or whatever system they have set up for that, is not working properly and it's super unprofessional. I already had to wait a very long time from my first rescheduled appointment. Now I'm waiting again to hear back again about a reschedule on the reschedule, because they did NOT call me. Also, what is even the point of confirming on an email I receive if they don't use it at all. It's very frustrating. My tooth pain is getting worse and worse just waiting on someone to do their job correctly. The girl on the phone was nice and professional even though I was upset, but that's about the only good thing I can say about this place until I can actually get in to be seen at an appointment like I should've been over a month ago

Joo Hee Park is a wonderful dentist. While caring for multiple patients at a time, she takes time to address your needs and provide quality care. One of the best dentist I've found here in Lubbock!

Terrible experience. Was passed off to 3 different people before the dentist came in. She checked me and then I had to see another person to make another appointment to have the cleaning I should have had months ago but was asked to reschedule several times. I will supposedly have my cleaning on my return for the fillings dentist recommended. Hopefully I won't get rescheduled again. Honestly would change providers but my insurance provider selection is limited.

The first initial exam went well with no issues. I was then scheduled for a root canal a month out because their endodontist only comes once a month. The week before my appointment, the office called and said they did not know if the dentist would be there that day and wanted to reschedule. It's ridiculous that I waited a month only for them to tell me a week before that the date they gave me wasn't right. I do not recommend going there. Long scheduling periods and not reliable.

Do NOT go to them for dentures. They assured me that if I had any problems with the dentures that I could come in and they would fix them. So I went ahead and paid them $3000 to have them make them. Now about a month later I've tried to start using them and they don't fit right, they seem to be too big and they hurt me. Called them today to come in and see about making adjustments or whatever is necessary, nope sorry we can't see you until September. So I have a set of $3000 dentures that I can't use and they will not help. Steer way clear of them.
