I was looking for a new dentist to take care of my current needs and requirements. I found them on the web and my current insurance. I was surprised on how they handled it. They took care of my oral & x-ray examinations and explained to me well of required procedures in the future. I would strongly recommend this dental office. Philip J.

Everyone came across as very professional to the point they appeared they were following a script to sell you a product. I felt like I like I dealing with people trying to sell dental care instead of someone that truly looking after my best dental care. A whole lot of x-rays and a lot of scripted pitches of what they thought I needed. Did not feel that genuine human connection that leads a person to trust they are wanting the best for you as a patient.

Very helpful staff. Everyone is excited to work with you and help you feel as welcomed as possible for your visit. Excellent service as well, it really makes you feel better as a patient when staff is extremely professional.

Dr. Zen was great! The hygienist were very helpful too. The business manager helped me choose the best way to finance my procedure.

Had to have a tooth put back in my dentures. Aspen tech did it in 10 minutes. Everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable about how to handle my circumstances. I am a person who asks a lot of questions and was amazed that everyone were eager to answer and quite informative so I will be returning when I need other dental services.

Have been coming here for a long time. Today was the last time my children and I will go here. The hygienist is amazing and super nice with my children. But I also needed a denture repair, which they refused to do. They stated that I super glued my denture, which I didn't, and stated a metal rod They installed did not allow for repair. Requested I wait until it breaks again, cuts open my mouth, and bring it in for a repair again. Or contact the office that made the denture. I called the other office who is repairing it. I will never go to the Outerloop location again. Just go to Dixie, they are more professional, understood my needs immediately, and were extremely apologetic for the other locations attitude and unprofessional conduct.

I came in looking to get full implants because I have no teeth. They were friendly and didn't make me feel judged or embarrassed. The doctor explained things thoroughly and they worked with me on the pricing. Staff was absolutely wonderful and lovely.
