I recommend this place to anyone. I was a walk in but I wasn't there long at all, and I was seen. The staff are polite and very friendly. I was made to feel comfortable here.

Beware!! They pulled my wife's tooth and part of root broke off, so that part had to be cut out. They didn't call in her pain meds. The next day she calls and They keep blaming the pharmacy. She goes to pharmacy and they tell her it's them. So Aspen dental calls it in, "again". Only to wait all evening for them to tell her the medicine they prescribed her is out. Bit it'll be 2 days!!! So she's going to have to go 3 days in misery without pain medication after having a tooth cut out.

Friendly staff, explanation of procedures was very thorough and my dental assistant (Shanice) made me feel comfortable (I give her a 10+++++) Highly recommended.

Needed a deep cleaning they present me with a plan that costs $2590 for a deep cleaning antibiotics and 3 fillings with very good insurance, astronomical pricing. I said we need to rework these numbers, so we did, my part for everything EXCEPT for the antibiotics $208 again with insurance, but reasonable, the antibiotic they wanted to place in my teeth was arestin, i have no bleeds in my gums at all, my gums are tight, so here i am now writing this review after now googling arestin and this is a freaking sales tactic, it is $85 per site and even with that the math still didn't add up, then through my research i find that you can get prescribed minocycline 2% and apply that topically yourself and it does the same thing at like 1% of the cost, that was NOT offered to me as an alternative although i will be inquiring about it when i go to my next appointment. the dental hygienist, x Ray tech, and dentist was all very nice and yes we worked with the numbers, but still this is so freaking shady not only because of the outrageous numbers, but to not prescribe me the topical as an alternative since i supposedly needed the antibiotic, bth the hygienist did s very good job deep cleaning my teeth

This place is a joke all they want is to scam you out of money, I was told my first visit and xrays were free...come to find out they charged my insurance anyway and lied about it....they just kept throwing numbers and prices at me like I was at a used car dealership, and the prices they quoted me are almost 4 times higher than a 5 star DMD in the Crestwood area who has a private practice (and whos equipment doesn't have rust all over it, unlike Aspen on Dixie) for the same exact procedure. This place is a rip off and a scam. And everyone else I have spoken to that has used them in the past says the exact same.

I had a great experience w/ Aspen Dental. The office crew were experienced, and knowledgeable. The doctors gave good advice, and handled themselves well. I am very happy with my decision to go there, and will be using their services in the future.

Had my first appointment scheduled for over 2 months cancelled because I didn't respond to a voicemail. I was told that they needed a voice confirmation for the appt., then why did i get a text asking to confirm? I will not be rescheduling with them ever!

So far so GREAT! The staff has been super kind and accommodating. I'm having upper dentures made. I will update my review once I get them back, just got impressions today. Went for wax bite today, my 3rd day in a row at the office and once again everyone in there is kind. It's like have a pep squad in there with you Will update after wax try in.

I left my original review in tack below I just wanted to add on as the lies and scam continues. I am leaving my new dentist office the one that actually treats my issues and didn't look at me for 5 seconds and say I have gum disease. When leaving I was asked to pay $508 to cover what insurance did not cover. Being the first $1000 is covered I was confused. I paid the bill and called my insurance company. Turns out Aspen charged me for the visit and xray I was told both where free. (Worth noting i was charged for the xray day one. I called and was told it would be fixed. Not only was it not fixed they have no record saying i called and was told it would be fixed) Now the best part I was charged $60 for medication and I did not receive ANY medication. The only thing you could even call "medication" was the $33 toothpaste I paid for out of pocket that my new dentist has in stock for $7. I just called Aspen and of course they can't answer what medication I received. I was told the billing department must have made a error and that they would look into it. This company is out for your money period. If you still decide to go you will pay for that mistake for a long time as I am learning the hard way. Please don't make the same mistakes I have made. This is not an over Exaggerated review. BE WARNED THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! I was having some tooth pain and could clearly see something had to be done. I went here expecting to simply have a tooth pulled nothing more. Without any testing I was told I have staged 2 gum disease. Before this company would even touch me they wanted $1600 to start on my gum disease. Before accepting this and going through I explained I was going for a second opinion. No exaggeration this company calls me everyday like they are car salesman changing their prices trying desperately to get me to make an appointment at these absurd prices. I am now leaving a family dental office I do not have gum disease they actually did test in fact I was right from the beginning I have a cavity. This place is flat out after your money they will tell you you have stuff wrong with you with doing absolutely no testing what the hopes you will just go along. If you do decide to go here I highly recommend getting a second opinion before making up your mind. What I was told it would cost me $6500 and multiple visits. It was fixed with one visit and $250 .... Also if you have insurance do not fall for their free X-ray it is a flat a lie. I found out today they charged my insurance company for xrays. The sad thing is they did not even xray the area I was having problem so the x-rays they provide for free but actually charged hundreds of dollars for had to be redone today because the x-rays were not even worth the paper they were printed on... Last thing to also prepare for if you go here 1st and decide to go for a second opinion they will fight tooth and nail to not send the info needed to the 2nd opinion's office. They went as far as to tell the dentist I went to today I did not even go there and they have no records to send. It was like pulling teeth pun intendent getting my records from this company. This company does not care about you they want your money and your money only and will do everything in their disposal including lying and harassment to achieve this. Again be warned this is not a joke this place is flat out a scam
