My visit today went very well. The receptionist was courteous and professional. I only waited 15 minutes before going back. The assistant was kind and very professional. I had time to talk to the doctor of my concern and he was very open and understanding. Then my impressions were done. It was a very good visit. The financial person explained everything. Thanks

I'm 71years old and was amazed at the technological improvements. The staff was knowledgeable and explained each procedure thoroughly. Check out was simple and all charges and insurance coverage clearly detailed. Nice staff!!

Lost my teeth, they assured me they could make new ones by tomorrow when I had a dinner planned. Showed up at 8:00 and dentist informed me he would not make a temporary bridge for bottom. He wanted to pull teeth and grind bone. Tried to tell him I just wanted a 4 tooth temporary bridge to get me through tomorrow. He got rude and walked out, better not charge my ins.

I made an appointment at Aspen Dental after having a very bad experience with another dentist in Los Lunas. Everyone at Aspen Dental was welcoming and very helpful. I had X-rays done and a 3D Scan of my teeth which made it easier for me to see what work was needed. They also explained everything to where I could understand. The biggest highlight of this FIRST visit was that they gave me information about my teeth and mouth health that no other dentist has ever told me! If you are deciding which dentist to see, choose Aspen Dental. They are great and very affordable and offer pay plans. They even have more discounts if they are in your insurances' network.

Dr. Ash was amazing and talked me through everything, which is helpful considering panic at the dentist is normal for me. The assistant that worked with me were fantastic as well. Nicole at the front desk was a miracle worker. Literally everyone at the Los Lunas branch provided stellar service.

Best dental experience I've ever had. The prices were a little bit shocking and they unfortunately do not take my insurance which surprised me but the service was still above excellent.

Went in for a broken tooth and left there feeling absolutely handled they are used car salesman! They said all the dental work in my mouth had to be redone and it was going to cost me 12k. I left there crying! Crook! I went to another dentist the next day and got my tooth fixed for 250 bucks. Here I am a month later and I just realized that Aspen Dental after not providing any services to me has charged my CareCredit card $4,000! They did not I repeat not fix my tooth and no exam cost 4k!!! This is criminal!

Great people working at Aspen friendly, patient and caring. Also a great hygienist I didn't leave with pain in my mouth. Everyone was great

I would like to say thank you to all the staff because I told them up front how scared I was to be there and they all did their best to keep me from walking out the door.haha The procedure went well Dr Ash was very stern with me as he needed to be to make sure it got done. I will be going back for some more work.

Everybody here was sharp friendly and very open. I was leery of a big corporate dental chain, but it was really just a dentist office with back up staff available as needed. And... State of the Art everything. The office manager had all costs figured with my specific insurance plan, and since they are big and my plan is big, they had deals going on between them that I'm certain a private practice dentist couldn't wrangle. I believe it saved me hundreds. They made a 3D virtual model of my teeth, and it showed what I was wondering about, and now I have a simple plan to fix it. I don't know why my regular dentist didn't identify it based on symptoms and blatant visual cues. Anyway, it certainly felt like the future of Dentistry. It's probably my future of dentistry now. I went in because the regular dentist was hopelessly booked for almost another year. I didn't want to wait that long, and I'm very glad I didn't.

Very Professional and friendly staff. Got me in right away. Paper work was easy. The Drs. there make you feel very comfortable and explain everything too you. Thanks to the front desk for all your help. If you need any help there contact them and ask for Rochelle. She will help you out and get you set up.
